They didn't just answer our questions, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. A very special shoutout to Alex. I always get a little nervous telling people we're new to Florida because everything is unfamiliar, but Alex made us feel right at home. She was unbelievably patient, warm, and just an all-around amazing person. You can tell she truly loves helping people, and that kind of service is rare. If there were a way to write a letter to her manager, the library board, or even the Chamber of Commerce recognizing how wonderful she is, I absolutely would. Employees like Alex make a lasting impression and are the reason people keep coming back. Thank you to everyone at the Bartram Trail Branch for making our family feel so welcome. Last night I attended a 6PM meeting and it was quite organized. Desktop computers can be used as well and there is a time limit for 1 hour browsing. I have come here to vote and I have come here to pay fines (yes, I know) Guaranteed…read moreincome! :) The staff are always pleasant, there is usually an officer on duty and there are detectors to pass through. It is large and spacious inside. It is also open and bright feeling. What I really love is that I have gotten back into listening to audiobooks while working and they partner with Libby to check out books and audiobooks online which is great. They have smart phone apps and have pretty much everything I have looked for and more. I recently got into my account after not using it for over a decade and I was able to email and get service within an hour while I was out of town and got everything resolved. I was able to pay the fines once I got back into town. It was great. Last time I was there I noticed they also have bus schedules for people if needed, they also have tax forms to print if you need them and there is ample parking. Super convenient! They also have a schedule online for activities for kids! Love that it is an active and community-centric library!
