Terrible customer service. They showed me one rock and told me that is what I would be getting. Then they said after I power washed it, it would be the right rock. THEN after having it installed with our previous rock and power washing it, it was STILL the wrong rock. The owner or manager Coy (?) was a jerk and wouldn't do anything about it. My fireplace was installed incorrectly and will not draw smoke out the chimney. It was purchased through Clay Structures but learned later they use a sub-contractor named Longhorn Fireplace and Chimney. The owner Mr. Gross promised to repair over two months ago. He has not returned calls or texts since. Clay has been no help to resolve. read more

I didn't know where to start looking when considering stone or brick work for the underpinning of my house. My contractor referred me here, & said that he worked with the people here on previous projects. He also had some recommendations on what kind of stone or brick-work would go best with my home project. Mandy & Coy were very helpful & friendly in showing me around. And Betty also helped in asking around for anyone who knew about my home project. Coy & Mandy also gave me a "tour" of the place, showing me what all they had, & "educating" me on stone work, since I didn't know where to start. It didn't take long for me to decide on "Oklahoma Blue & Maroon Chop", with gray mortar. They weren't very busy during my visit, so I had plenty of individual attention, without feeling like I was a "prisoner".
