Have used James twice in past couple of weeks, both times he not only did a thorough job on the inspection, but took the time and stay and walk me through the house, pointing out the items he had found and answering all my questions about severity, possible solutions to problems, etc etc. Bare-bones inspection reports have to be written very matter-of-factly that can sometimes be scarier than it really is. He was patient to make me understand not only what problems were, but to understand the causes and solution options. Hope we won't be moving again and need to do this, but certainly will whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone I know in the future who needs an inspection. read more

After inspection was completed, we met the inspector David at the home and he explained the report, showed us the major issues he found in detail, as well as minor issues. The inspection was very thorough and he patiently explained which issues he felt definitely needed to be repaired vs issues that are minor such as not meeting current electrical code but was acceptable when the house was built. The full written detailed report with tons of photos were sent to us that evening.
