Stay away from these guys. They just want to RIP your money and doesn't care to pay any attention…read moreto customer request. I called in to clean my pond on the home that I recently purchased. They sent over the fee structure that they cannot even explain. Service Call Fee ($66 for just initiating an appointment) Travel Time Fee ($56 per visit) Maintenance Labor Cost Repair Labor Cost Chemical Cost I asked them details about the Service call couple of times since I do not understand what that fee is for and also asked for the possibility of waiving it off for one time. The rep responded back saying "Service call is to initiate appointment". He cannot give any justification to that cost and he just cancelled my appointment without even checking with me. That is a great customer service! I was glad he cancelled my appointment and I didn't sign the agreement he sent over. The Payment terms in that agreement are just ridiculous as well.

After being super patient with me and all my questions, we scheduled a cleaning. They came out, and looked at the pond, and decided it didn't need cleaning, it just needed certain changes to the way the filters worked (I never would have figured it out on my own). The changes will cost about what 1 cleaning would cost, but I don't have to call them out constantly to clean it over & over again. TLDNR: instead of screwing me over, they helped me save a lot of future money & heartache, and they've been super nice about everything!
