I never felt rushed or talked down to, just genuinely supported. The selection of fish, live plants and accessories are incredible! The glow of aquarium lights filled the air, the calm karma of light, plants and fish filled the air. Very calming, absolutely no smells, quiet and peaceful came across. This store isn't a fish store although there's fish, it's more of a plant for aquarium's store. Every aquarium had loads of different plants, fish galore and the staff super friendly giving me an introduction to plants and their care and feeding. Very fasicnating store and people that love aquarium's and plants, almost seems like a cult facination. Really loved looking and I can see how people get hooked on this hobby.

Our cat is medically complex - only 9 years old, but diagnosed with pancreatitis, diabetes, asthma, and hyperthyroidism. Also, notorious for bad behavior at her previous vet's office. I loved our previous vet and they helped me through some the hardest days of our cat's life, but Cats Exclusive is equipped to support my cat in ways my previous vet was not. Going to a clinic that focuses solely on cats means that there is a level of expertise and consideration that just doesn't exist at other clinics. There are no dogs around and they clearly take measures to make sure the cats see/smell each other as little as possible, which goes a long way to assuage our cat's anxiety. Everyone there is confident and gentle in handling our cat, and she's responded by exhibiting the best behavior we've ever seen from her in a vet's office. At our first appointment, the vet caught a dental issue that had previously gone completely unnoticed. At our second appointment, I got to talk to one of the vets who works in the hyperthyroid clinic, which was super helpful since we're considering the radioiodine treatment for our cat. Communication is always stellar (both by email and by phone). They are pricey, but worth every single penny (and no one has tried to upsell me on anything). Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the clinic our cat needs and deserves.

I had mice, hamsters, rats, and a striped Danio (fish) growing up and this Petco was the closest store to the house with prices in the budget range of a kid earning a weekly allowance and later working as a dogsitter/housesitter/plant waterer and in multiple roles at a pool. They had most of the routine supplies I needed, as well as the pets themselves. One of the mice I got, Lucky, my mom and sister got for me when they saw a person with a snake buying the mice for the snake... She only lived a few days after I got her. Some of the more specialty products, such as medicine and the syringes needed to give the rodents their medicine, we needed to go to more rodent-centric pet stores to get. The fish-related products I needed I could get here 9 times out of 10. Workers have been knowledgable and helpful in my experience. The parking lot is large and shared, that has not been a problem in my coming here.
