He is knowledgeable, organized, honest and trustworthy; he is not just a salesperson, he made sure that we were comfortable with our purchase and had what we needed. My husband and I started calling him "Cousin Trey" between ourselves lol because he treated us like family, not just a customer. He kept us informed at every step of the way and simplified a daunting process for us. We knew absolutely nothing about this process coming in, and he has been very patient and informative. Every time we contacted him with questions he responded right away. There was a lot of shoddy work done on the mobile home. Every week I saw a new person doing the same work over and over again. I would come and find his workers at the home with spotlights working at night (10:00 - 12:00). It was a terrible experience and after Mike avoids your calls for a while he will say he is no longer responsible to do repair work promised. I would not recommend anyone to buy a dog house from this man. Even the inspectors from Lexington County warned me that he was a crook but it was too late. He already had my money. Then refused to give us our 15k deposit back. They lied to better business bureau and were nasty to deal either way. We were told basically " sorry you are stuck because this is what our policy is and what you signed." They push you to give a deposit and lied to us by saying they are customer friendly and would return a deposit if there were extenuating circumstances. False!! We cannot get anyplace and of course their time limit has expired leaving us no option other than to seek legal advice. Do not sign anything and do not give a deposit.
