They are very thorough and do a great job at cleanings and keeping track of the condition of your mouth. The one male hygienist is the best, he can tell you what you've eaten earlier in the day based on what he finds on your teeth! They are great with kids too, both my son and stepdaughter have had to get fillings, and they never even realize they have been given a shot of Novocaine! I definitely recommend this place if having a great dentist is more important to you than an expensive lobby.

She didn't force anything, explained things as she went along so my daughter wasn't surprised at any point, and just made her very comfortable in what I expected to be a scary experience. I haven't even seen these people and already they were difficult and the receptionist gave me a lot of attitude and instead of saying "we understand and have a good day bye" she said "I agree" when I just said it isn't a good fit at this time. This lady has no business running an office . I usually try to refrain from leaving bad reviews but I have to let people know this happened so others don't experience this. I'm really sad . My therapist recommended them and I can't use them now. If I am spoken to like a 3 year old over the phone, I can only begin to imagine what my in person experience would've been. Not The place for autistic people as they interpret every tone of voice that is a lower tone to be someone upset with them and they make commands like they're training a dog with you.

Ishtar was patient with my anxiety and kept checking in to make sure I was doing ok. Since moving to NC, this is my 3rd dentist. I think it may be my last. Dr. G has great energy and strangely said, I'm looking forward to having my cavities taken care of at his office.
