He examines your face, jaw, glands, not just your teeth. A lot of symptoms we may suffer from or have reoccuring issues with can stem from a totally different part of your body, as most should know. Getting straight to the point, Dr. Booth is the truth!!! His methods show care and passion for what he does. In just 2 visits i am never going to another dentist. And if he for some reason EVER decides to retire for good, well....i'll be knocking on his door. Maybe i'll become his landscaper or handyman so he's stuck with me...HMMmmmm. Let me not forget his staff either. The ladies he has on his staff are a treat to encounter. Great to converse with but they get right down to buisness when the time comes and they are prepared and ready, not fumbling around or unsure where something is (like some of my other encounters elsewhere). Oh, MAJOR factor for me. I have only had 2 cavities up till now and both times (2 previous and seperate dentists) i explained my tolerance to pain medicine and/or numbing agents. BOTH times my words were ignored and after one injection they began drilling at which point i shot from the chair like a magic carpet!! So, this led to having to wait for 2 more injections before work could finally start. Well, i mentioned this to Dr. Booth, and in ONE sitting, he was able to numb the entire area and take care of my tooth like it was nothing!!!!! His handling and skills are 5 Stars!!! I've never had so much trouble getting a doctor's office to submit basic information to insurance…read more I paid upfront for Invisalign treatment in early February, after being promised that they would submit the claim to my insurance. However, they did not even submit the claim to insurance for nearly 2 full months, despite multiple requests to do so. Once they finally submitted the claim (in April), my insurance asked several basic follow-up questions about the treatment so they could process the claim. It has now been another two months and Crabtree Valley Dental has still not provided that info, despite multiple letters from insurance. Over the phone, they keep assuring me they will take care of it but weeks go by with no action. It seems pretty clear now that because they received my money, they they have little interest is helping with my insurance claim. I previously had good experiences with CVD, but I do not recommend that anyone pay for any treatments up front with them. Make them submit to insurance first, because otherwise you may never see that money again.

I figured why not and booked a teeth cleaning. First impressions, I absolutely love the office. It is clean, modern, and just has a really welcoming vibe. The staff is super friendly and professional, which always makes a difference. Their booking system is also a 10 out of 10. I love a place where I can schedule everything through text, especially on those low social battery days haha! This was after I had told them I hadn't been able to go to the dentist in quite some time so you would think they would take their time cleaning. Then I was told I had numerous cavities and rather give me care options or show me on the x-rays where they were they rushed me to schedule an appointment for two fillings that would be roughly $500 out of pocket. Thankfully I was able to obtain the x-rays they took and I'm going to show it to my family dentist and try to see them even though they are three hours away. I had a friend go and her experience was much better hence why I trusted going to this place but guess I got the wrong people I don't know.
