Took me 20 minutes to get bags. Expect 3-5 minutes per person to use the kiosk. Then good luck being able to drop the bags off, because they are constantly full. That could be COVID and more people staying home, putting demand on the centers, but dang.

Went to check on it and realized the amount was off. Call them they said they disconnected service and there was proof for that on their email to which I double checked. There was nothing there and I even sent it back to the manager which they said they would reinstate my service. Yet garbage day came and went. They did not pick up my garbage now. I still have all this garbage in my garbage can even though they said they would pick it up. It's funny that they can tell you whatever you wanna hear and there's nothing you can do about it. I think somebody needs to be held accountable for their mistakes, but yet the customer is the one being punished.

This was frustrating, disappointing, and completely unlike my prior positive experiences with your company.

Only downside is the regular steel costs $1.00/lb, and the stainless steel costs $4.00/lb. Some very rusty, small square scrap pieces cost $.50/lb but there isn't much variety in them. The only reason this place gets stars down is because of cost - Clackamas Steel sells at $.50 or $.40/lb, and they give a student discount. Worth the drive from Portland if you want some really neat stuff.

5 STARS! I've been going to Burcham's Metals most of my…read morelife. I was the kid of a sculptor. Burcham's was definitely one of my old man's favorite stops in the Willamette Valley. I remember spending hours there, in all kinds of weather. These days, as I clean out his old buildings and sculpture part graveyards, I find myself back at Burcham's returning some of that very same metal. What comes around goes around. Angie in the yard is really fun to work with and, and Mitch and the other guys always have a smile on their face. Very Fair, Professional, Clean yard with a great group of folks helping you out. I'm not sure you can do better with than Burcham's.
