We are now 2 backyard trees, and about fifteen shrubs later and they are our go to spot for larger landscaping projects. They don't have annuals, pots or any garden art, but if you need trees, shrubs or perennials you can't beat them. Their team is very knowledgeable about all that is in their inventory and what works well with each other for a composed landscape. And since I only had a single packet of seeds, I did not seek help from their customer service team. It was wonderful to be able to call Big Trees and set a time to see their trees. Daniel took us around and also helped us as we considered several types of trees. We determined that a Somerset Red Maple would be large enough and that it would be relatively easy on yard maintenance. The tour helped us decide that we really needed a tall (30' feet) to enjoy in the next few years. Big Trees was excellent at setting up a date and delivering the tree. It was amazing just to watch the equipment as they dug the hole and planted the tree (see pictures). Now we just need to follow their directions. Felix and the staff planting the tree were easy to work with. They helpled take down and reinstall part of our fence and they cleaned upt he site very well.
