She eventually left, frustrated because it appeared that they had forgotten her appointment. The next day, she was called by the masseuse, who gave her a lot of misinformation about where she was, what time it was, and so on. She actually wanted to start an argument, blaming my wife for the fact that she was not there for the massage appointment. She says she was in the building and saw my wife drive away (at 5:40) but didn't answer the door? Even if she was there, what kind of business expects you to think that they are open if all of the lights are off? And if there's a reason for having them off, would it be too much trouble to simply put a note on the door to explain that you are there? Or, if you happen to miss an appointment as a masseuse, could you at least own up to it instead of trying to blame the client? Update: Got a call from the owner of the business. Here's the gist of it: "We understand that the masseuse was unprofessional, and I've reprimanded her for it, and you're no longer welcome at our business." Could this have something to do with the review posted here? It looks that way.

The husband of mine was an absolute miserable human being this summer dealing with chronic back…read morepain that was refusing to subside. After visiting his physician, having an MRI, and months of unsuccessful physical therapy the only other option offered to him was surgery. I was very nervous about this and wanted him to get a second opinion. Of course it was during the pandemic and he couldn't get in to see another physician. After reading up on his condition, I suggested he at least try a few other options before submitting to surgery. I called this local chiropractic office and was pleased at how easy it was to get him set up with an initial appointment and provide them with our insurance information for them to bill. The husband was gloomy and certain he'd just live like this forever but he went to the appointment with his MRI for Greg to look at. Greg reviewed the MRI and determined that the husband of mine would come in three times a week as well as made some suggestions for mattress toppers, back pillows, and exercises for him to do at home. The husband was willing to try anything recommended and was a model patient. As he slowly improved week by week he also become much more pleasant to be around and I was pretty thrilled with the magic Greg was working. As his flexibility improved and pain decreased so did his recommended visits and he now only comes in once a month or so for maintenance appointments and is practically pain free. He's been so pleased with his treatment, the flexibility of making and changing appointments due to his complicated work schedule, and really enjoyed working with Greg. He always came back from his appointments in a great mood laughing at something him and Greg had been talking about.
