He was able to pinpoint and correct my weaknesses and my troubled areas through his analysis which should not have surprised me considering his highly knowledgeable staff as well. the tools that they used worked areas that i have had trouble with for years and by the end of the appointment i felt a tremendous positive difference. During the appointment he did not just work on me but he guided me through what he was doing and broke everything down at the same time so i was able to understand what was going on. I have called more than three times last year alone with Bluecross representatives to get this resolved, yet I get another bill for the same amount today. Both bluecross and I tried to tell Kayla how to do her job correctly,( I really don't know why anyone has to tell her how to do anything), but she just doesn't know how to file simple insurance claim or know how to fix her own mistake. I have never seen this in any professional services I have received in my life and will never go back there again. This is absurd. At this point I am just waiting for the office to send me an unexpected collection letter and will not pay a penny until she gets this corrected. SMH.. Hope no one else is having this issue.

All the lights were off and there was no sign of activity inside of the office. She banged on the door for 10 minutes, and there was no answer. She eventually left, frustrated because it appeared that they had forgotten her appointment. The next day, she was called by the masseuse, who gave her a lot of misinformation about where she was, what time it was, and so on. She actually wanted to start an argument, blaming my wife for the fact that she was not there for the massage appointment. She says she was in the building and saw my wife drive away (at 5:40) but didn't answer the door? Even if she was there, what kind of business expects you to think that they are open if all of the lights are off? And if there's a reason for having them off, would it be too much trouble to simply put a note on the door to explain that you are there? Or, if you happen to miss an appointment as a masseuse, could you at least own up to it instead of trying to blame the client? Update: Got a call from the owner of the business. Here's the gist of it: "We understand that the masseuse was unprofessional, and I've reprimanded her for it, and you're no longer welcome at our business." Could this have something to do with the review posted here? It looks that way.

She went on to say that there were many "people who would love your spot if you don't want it". If you are reading this, you can have my spot, but I wouldn't take it. Reputable medical clinics don't use vulgarity towards their patients and smugly say that they can find someone else to bill.

Well, first of all it's Middle *Path* Acupuncture, so someone should fix that--"Middle Acupuncture"…read moresounds mediocre, or at the very least indecisive. I'd never tried acupuncture before going to this place, so I'm probably not qualified to rate it "good as it gets", but I'm giving it 5 stars because I'm really, really happy with the acupuncturists and the treatment I'm receiving. I went in initially to get help with some digestive problems I've been having, and I'm continuing to go in for that, but a couple of times at my appointments I've been horribly stressed out by personal and work-related stuff, and after a few extra needles or whatever, I leave feeling like a brand new person. I didn't know that was even possible! I've seen Tom all but one visit, and I like him a lot. He's kind and friendly and fun, and he actually DID RESEARCH about my digestive problems. HE DID RESEARCH ON HIS OWN TIME! I'm repeating that and putting it in all caps because I've been having digestive problems for a few years, following a mystery food or waterborne infection, and I've seen a lot of allopaths, none of whom ever bothered to do one second of research or follow-up, preferring instead to shrug diffidently and say they didn't know. So right there this dude has done more for me than any conventional doctor, PLUS the needle treatments and herbs are helping -- there has been noticeable improvement. I recommend Tom highly and he has a ridiculously cute baby you can see pictures of, which is not a part of the treatment, but is therapeutic in its own way. I also recommend Jeff highly, though I only saw him for the one visit. He has a very accepting personality and I was immediately at ease with him. He patted my arm comfortingly a whole bunch of times and also said some flattering but entirely untrue things about my level of body fat -- what's not to like about this guy?? Nothing, that's what. Another thing I like about this office is that Jennifer, the office managing lady, is very helpful and accommodating when it comes to billing and scheduling, and really just everything. She also has amazing fingernails you need to see to believe. So to sum up, I'm giving this place 5 stars and feel they deserve every one of them.

However, this is wrong and needs to be shared. This clinic cancelled two appointments I had set up at the last minute. I had waited weeks for both of them. And then days before, they were cancelled. I became even more ill after they cancelled the second appointment, and so I did not reschedule for 2 weeks due to my condition. The lady answering the phone was rude the 3 times I spoke with her, and I have no idea why. When I tried to reschedule, just moments ago, they refused to see me. So now almost 2 months have gone by when I could have seen someone else. Typically I have always found physical therapists to be the kindest sort of people. I have no idea of the quality of their service. But in terms of warmth and care regarding humans and their health, they fail miserably. Perhaps a new front desk person is all that needs to change. I would have loved to go here, but when I just called, the woman refused to let me make an appointment for no reason at all. She did not explain why except to say. "We thought you went somewhere else." I explained that I had not gone somewhere else and that I wanted to set up a third appointment. She said no. I had to go somewhere else. I am going to contact one of the physical therapists there directly because they may be wonderful and not be aware of the impression they are giving off to potential patients as well as the poor management. Two appointments were caneceled, not by me, but by them after I had waited patiently for 2 weeks each time. Now my referral has lapsed. But that's not even why she wouldn't take me as a patient. I have no idea why she turned me away. When a person is very sick and seeking help, this kind of treatment actually makes you feel worse. I now am set back nearly two months. I can hardly move. And I have to start all over again. And I had to face a woman who basically gave me the idea that I am not worth their time. Does she understand that sick people need exactly the opposite? If they are actually a good physical therapy center, I would hope to get a call directly from their physician with an apology and an appointment. If I do, I will update this review to reflect that.
