I am from Seattle, but moved out toward Ellensburg in the past couple of years. To be honest, I've been a bit nervous to change to a chiropractor or doctor in this small town. However, I had a more urgent issue with my back and needed to see someone closer than my chiropractor who is now an hour away from where we live. This office got me in right away and I saw Dr. Gary Favero. Let's first start with his front desk staff. They are so welcoming, warm and efficient with processing paperwork (gotta love that!). I then head into the room for the exam and chat with Dr. Favero. I sheepishly share the myriad of issues I've struggled with over the past three years. He was attentive, knowledgeable, open to thoughts and very encouraging. At this point, I desired less conservative chiropractic care ('old school' cracking) and told him that. Although I live here in Ellensburg, Wa, Kayla, the main insurance billing person, billed to the state of California. I have called more than three times last year alone with Bluecross representatives to get this resolved, yet I get another bill for the same amount today. Both bluecross and I tried to tell Kayla how to do her job correctly,( I really don't know why anyone has to tell her how to do anything), but she just doesn't know how to file simple insurance claim or know how to fix her own mistake. I have never seen this in any professional services I have received in my life and will never go back there again. This is absurd. At this point I am just waiting for the office to send me an unexpected collection letter and will not pay a penny until she gets this corrected. SMH.. Hope no one else is having this issue.

Wow, Starting off playing football in high school then playing at Central Washington and currently…read moreplaying football overseas i wish i would have had the care and expertise of Dr.Bridgeman throughout my career, as many know an athletic career can be demanding on the body when I walked through the door i was greeted by the kind staff and was offered to wait for my appointment on one of their massage chairs, immediately I felt welcome and the tools that he used on me were the most advanced that i have had a chance to experience throughout my football/sporting career. He was able to pinpoint and correct my weaknesses and my troubled areas through his analysis which should not have surprised me considering his highly knowledgeable staff as well. the tools that they used worked areas that i have had trouble with for years and by the end of the appointment i felt a tremendous positive difference. During the appointment he did not just work on me but he guided me through what he was doing and broke everything down at the same time so i was able to understand what was going on.
