I have called more than three times last year alone with Bluecross representatives to get this resolved, yet I get another bill for the same amount today. Both bluecross and I tried to tell Kayla how to do her job correctly,( I really don't know why anyone has to tell her how to do anything), but she just doesn't know how to file simple insurance claim or know how to fix her own mistake. I have never seen this in any professional services I have received in my life and will never go back there again. This is absurd. At this point I am just waiting for the office to send me an unexpected collection letter and will not pay a penny until she gets this corrected. SMH.. Hope no one else is having this issue.

All the lights were off and there was no sign of activity inside of the office. She banged on the door for 10 minutes, and there was no answer. She eventually left, frustrated because it appeared that they had forgotten her appointment. The next day, she was called by the masseuse, who gave her a lot of misinformation about where she was, what time it was, and so on. She actually wanted to start an argument, blaming my wife for the fact that she was not there for the massage appointment. She says she was in the building and saw my wife drive away (at 5:40) but didn't answer the door? Even if she was there, what kind of business expects you to think that they are open if all of the lights are off? And if there's a reason for having them off, would it be too much trouble to simply put a note on the door to explain that you are there? Or, if you happen to miss an appointment as a masseuse, could you at least own up to it instead of trying to blame the client? Update: Got a call from the owner of the business. Here's the gist of it: "We understand that the masseuse was unprofessional, and I've reprimanded her for it, and you're no longer welcome at our business." Could this have something to do with the review posted here? It looks that way.

He was able to pinpoint and correct my weaknesses and my troubled areas through his analysis which should not have surprised me considering his highly knowledgeable staff as well. the tools that they used worked areas that i have had trouble with for years and by the end of the appointment i felt a tremendous positive difference. During the appointment he did not just work on me but he guided me through what he was doing and broke everything down at the same time so i was able to understand what was going on. Other than the advanced instruments used including the laser therapy which felt great he utilized something called "Zen Frames" which was a motivational boost for me to complete an overall excellent experience cant wait til my next appointment!

As a former patient of Dr. Linder's for many years, I've been very happy to find that this skilled chiropractor took over his business. The office and treatment areas have been redecorated and modernized and are clean and welcoming, and I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Dr. Kirkpatrick has listened well and provided good advice and traditional, effective chiropractic treatment. He has never pushed any New Age nonsense, supplements, or more visits than were necessary like some chiropractors I've been to in the past.
