I went in there to get a treatment last year on 7/14/2015 and presented my insurance cards( I have Medicare and blue cross). Although I live here in Ellensburg, Wa, Kayla, the main insurance billing person, billed to the state of California. I have called more than three times last year alone with Bluecross representatives to get this resolved, yet I get another bill for the same amount today. Both bluecross and I tried to tell Kayla how to do her job correctly,( I really don't know why anyone has to tell her how to do anything), but she just doesn't know how to file simple insurance claim or know how to fix her own mistake. I have never seen this in any professional services I have received in my life and will never go back there again. This is absurd. At this point I am just waiting for the office to send me an unexpected collection letter and will not pay a penny until she gets this corrected. SMH.. This office was booked out 9 months for a simple massage. After waiting 9 months, my wife showed up for her appointment on-time at 5:30. All the lights were off and there was no sign of activity inside of the office. She banged on the door for 10 minutes, and there was no answer. She eventually left, frustrated because it appeared that they had forgotten her appointment. The next day, she was called by the masseuse, who gave her a lot of misinformation about where she was, what time it was, and so on. She actually wanted to start an argument, blaming my wife for the fact that she was not there for the massage appointment. She says she was in the building and saw my wife drive away (at 5:40) but didn't answer the door? Even if she was there, what kind of business expects you to think that they are open if all of the lights are off? And if there's a reason for having them off, would it be too much trouble to simply put a note on the door to explain that you are there? Or, if you happen to miss an appointment as a masseuse, could you at least own up to it instead of trying to blame the client? Update: Got a call from the owner of the business. Here's the gist of it: "We understand that the masseuse was unprofessional, and I've reprimanded her for it, and you're no longer welcome at our business." Could this have something to do with the review posted here? It looks that way. read more

I am thoroughly impressed by this office and staff. I have struggled with chronic neck and back pain for a long time. I am from Seattle, but moved out toward Ellensburg in the past couple of years. To be honest, I've been a bit nervous to change to a chiropractor or doctor in this small town. However, I had a more urgent issue with my back and needed to see someone closer than my chiropractor who is now an hour away from where we live. This office got me in right away and I saw Dr. Gary Favero. Let's first start with his front desk staff. They are so welcoming, warm and efficient with processing paperwork (gotta love that!). I then head into the room for the exam and chat with Dr. Favero. I sheepishly share the myriad of issues I've struggled with over the past three years. He was attentive, knowledgeable, open to thoughts and very encouraging. At this point, I desired less conservative chiropractic care ('old school' cracking) and told him that. Dr. Favero uses several different methods/approaches, but was willing to use an 'old school' approach as well, which is already helping me so much! I haven't been to Dr. Favero since college, but he helped me out a LOT after a rear-end collision. If I still lived in Ellensburg, I would still be seeing him! My headaches ceased and my neck pain was drastically improved. I was going 2-3 times a week for a few weeks after the accident, then once a week for maintenance before I moved away. It was a bit of a time commitment, but he never ran late and he was efficient and friendly -- worth the effort. read more

I have been to many chiropractors because I've struggled to get relief from my neck and back pain and most leave me feeling worse than when I went in. Several years ago I found Georgia Flanagan, but she retired. I started my search again. Because of my job I end up with pain and difficulty moving from lifting heavy objects, as well as computer work, not to mention I manifest my stress in my back and neck.
