The experience made me and my family loyal customers of Laundry Loft. Laundry Loft has is conveniently located next to Roche Brothers and they are open daily until 11pm which gives me more options for when I do my laundry. The Laundry Loft is bright and clean, they have plenty of machines, both standard and large capacity and the machines work well. Most or all machines accept both quarters and credit card. This is my go to laundromat and I have tried several in the Natick area but between the place itself and the owner who is responsive and focused on providing great customer service I won't go anywhere else.

It's clean, parking was easy, and I only noticed one Out of Order sign. When I needed help, I only had to walk a few steps directly into the convenience store and the person working there came over to the laundry section to help me. Machines take credit cards directly or you can use quarters. Cost was close to what I paid at other laundromats in the area, maybe slightly cheaper. This is where I will come for all future large-item laundering. This laundromat was not even on my radar and I thought I had made a list of ALL the laundromats in the area. My neighbor happened to mention it and I'm glad she did. A note to the owners: even a minimal website or facebook page would be a good idea. I know I tend to follow up with businesses that I can check out online ahead of time. Saves phone calls too - post your hours, pics of your different machines, etc. Lack of a website could be why this one slipped through the cracks for me. However, even though we bring our own hypoallergenic detergent, our comforters come back reeking of smelly detergent/fabric softener/dryer sheets and the smell lasts weeks (PSA to the world, clean laundry should not smell, use Dirty Labs unscented you only need a tiny amount it is actually quite economical, add a little oxygen bleach, pretreat stains with Ecos unscented dish detergent). Wool dryer balls. Fluff n fold needs to reserve a washer and dryer for employee use with no smelly detergent/softener/dryer sheets allowed. Also clean the washers periodically (Grab Green is excellent for this).

The main problem here is that there is NO EMERGENCY CONTACT in case of an issue, especially on Sundays. There is a business number listed, but nobody ever answers it or calls back. I don't know who actually owns this business but I'm gobsmacked that the owner(s) would neglect to leave a reliable way to contact them for emergency problems. Wash and dry at your own risk.
