I am new to the area and needed a laundromat to wash blankets and comforters. This is the third laundromat I tried (plus one other walk-through) and it is by far the best I've seen in the Metro West area. It's clean, parking was easy, and I only noticed one Out of Order sign. When I needed help, I only had to walk a few steps directly into the convenience store and the person working there came over to the laundry section to help me. Machines take credit cards directly or you can use quarters. Cost was close to what I paid at other laundromats in the area, maybe slightly cheaper. This is where I will come for all future large-item laundering. This laundromat was not even on my radar and I thought I had made a list of ALL the laundromats in the area. My neighbor happened to mention it and I'm glad she did. A note to the owners: even a minimal website or facebook page would be a good idea. I know I tend to follow up with businesses that I can check out online ahead of time. Saves phone calls too - post your hours, pics of your different machines, etc. Lack of a website could be why this one slipped through the cracks for me. I believe because of some of the nut heads we cannot blame this place it was great the owners are nice and always helps u out. Just because they were old and have husk tone people always misunderstood them considering them rude but not really like I was going there for years and still they are always nice. Clean and convenient laundromat located near Stop & Shop on route 9 & 27. Went on a Sunday morning and was surprised & relieved there were only a few customers there! Could have been due to snow storm but I wasn't complaining! - Extra large, large, and regular machines with plenty of dryers - Small areas to fold your clothing along the windows and wall - Approximately 6 rolling laundry carts and a change machine - Small shop attached that sells laundry items like soap and dryer sheets along with other convenience items like lotto, drinks, snacks,etc. - seating available but limited - friendly helpful staff at store 3 extra large @$7.75 16 large @ $5.50 8 regular @ $3.25 30 dryers @ .25/I think for 10 minutes? The owner is a complete lunatic. I went there and washed a pair of sneakers ( among other things ). When I went for pickup the sneakers were in a bin. I look up and the owner comes charging at me like a crazy person yelling at me. Telling me sneakers break his dryer and next time he'll throw them away. I apologized and calmly explained that I didn't know that, and there was not a sign ANYWHERE in the place saying no sneakers. He just continued to yell and walk away. Not polite, and clearly don't need business. In fairness the signs say not to wash anything with rubber, which I hadn't seen. I had just dumped in my unstoppables (which are expensive btw) and the gentleman came over and said I couldn't wash because of rubber. I asked if they had a designated machine and he said "no." So I asked "so I cannot wash here?" And he said "I guess not." I was washing a high end car seat cover that just has a little bit of grip for the seats. I was it in my washing machine ALL the time, it's just currently broken. They had one customer with one machine going. They could get more business by being polite, putting signs on doors instead of hanging from the ceilings, and designating a machine for rubber backings. A lot of rubber backings are made to be machine washed. And people use a laundromat because they can't do it at home. I will NEVER go back here for the lack of hospitality. You're much better off going to Laundry Loft- which now conveniently takes credit cards for the machines! A business I would MUCH rather give my money to. read more

Worst treatment I've EVER received by miserable, incompetent and flat out disrespectful ownership. I've been coming to this laundry and giving them business for a year now. Whenever I had an issue with a dryer the man "Mr Patel" (all the bit of name he was willing to give me as a repeat customer) immediately became defensive and stated that their machinery was in perfect condition. I usually brushed it off because i was always in a rush. TODAY, HOWEVER - they pushed me over the edge. I ubered there early in the AM- with loads of laundry to find an empty laundromat. I used their ATM and paid a fee to withdraw cash and use their change machine. I then realized that I didn't have anything to hold $20 worth of quarters in. I went to the counter to ask "Mr Patel" (if you're unsure who he is, he's the short man standing around watching you but doing absolutely nothing) for a bag, a small box, something disposable to hold my quarters in to which he then looked at me replied "NO", and went back to what he was doing. No? I've purchases things here before and received a bag, I then shift my eyes behind him to see a stack of small brown paper bags- my job purchases a bag of 100 of those for $3. I ask him again to which he says "we don't have any bags". I couldn't believe what I was hearing. We went back and forth- trying to find the logic in safeguarding a 10 cent bag and arguing with a repeat customer- I ubered to this mans business, used his atm and paid a fee, was getting ready to use his coin machine AND washers. The man then gave me some bullshit about "giving bags away to ppl". And told me to HOLD THE QUARTERS IN MY HAND WHILE DOING MY LAUNDRY. Then he even acted out how I should do it!! There was way more to it then that, and race played a factor- it was in his disposition and look of disgust. He was arrogant and even laughed at one point while speaking his language to another man there. I spent 25 minutes here and called an Uber to another laundromat. I will be sure to tell this experience on every platform. Don't you dare spend your money somewhere where they outright disrespect and "can't" give you a damn bag (and are willing to argue about it). After all of this I had to ask him three times what his name was and got a last name. After all of that you'd think he could then take some accountability. Needed to wash comforter and they have 4 levels of clean large machines. The store attached is genius and has everything you need to wash and wait, including wifi. I went to a near by laundromat and machines were small and mostly out of order before coming here. When I need to wash my comforter this is a great stop. Actually for $20 they will wash comforter for me. read more

I really like this Laundromat. It's always CLEAN. The machines work well. No one messes with my clothes if I am back a few minutes after the cycle stops. The larger machines are terrific for blankets, bedspreads and puffs (which people often forget to wash regularly.) The dryers work very quickly. There's a sink (always handy for pre-treating). There's a restroom. There's a convenience store which comes in handy when you realize you're out of bags or detergent. The people who own and run this are very helpful. There's a pizza shop and a deli in the same shopping area so you can always have lunch while your clothes are spinning. read more

How have there been no reviews written so far? This place is great & convenient! Attached to a convenience store, the owners are both friendly and kind. The laundromat is clean and the machines look like they are well-maintained. I'm used to the scuzzy laundromats of Boston, so this place is very refreshing. The signage above the different areas makes it easy to distinguish between small a loads, triple loads, and giant loads. Prices are comparable. I have been here once before (to wash bedding that wouldn't for in my machine) so I'm not a regular but since my machine has been on the fritz this week I decided to drive the extra few miles for the comfort and ease of use of this place. read more

I come here every few months to do laundry and every time without fail one of the employees is incredibly rude to me. If it's not staring at me for using their machines, it's worse.. I once walked away to get change and they told my friend I was crazy (what? Why am I crazy for needing to get change for a lighter when you wouldn't take my credit card...) and today the guy working made fun of me for having allergies in a way that wasn't funny. Like I'm sitting here miserably sneezing into a tissue but minding my own business and he was disgusted as he literally mocked me, then he yelled at me for not closing the bathroom door. I would just like to be left alone when spending too much money to use your space, never mind made actually uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I started going to this Laundromat a few months ago. We were pleased to find a variety of sizes of washing machines as well the options for extra rinse or soak. The washers are on the newer side as laundry mats go, and left our clothes clean and smelling nice. Dryers were great too. Another pro of this place is that it is attached to a convenience store, so if your forget your detergent it would like a snack while waiting for your laundry you don't have to travel far. It's significant that all of the good reviews are from several years ago. What has happened? I came here because my favorite laundromat is closed due to water problems. I'm not planning on coming back here; I will find another place if I have to. In the electronic age, why would you have a laundromat that only accepts quarters? No credit cards, no Apple Pay, not even a convenience card. In terms of the wash, you have "small", "triple", and "giant" washers- what about a "medium" washer? There appears to be no way to select the type of wash you want - you can select the water temperature, but cannot select the wash level ("light", "medium" "heavy" soil). The small washer does not do a good job of water extraction on the spin, leading to extra time in the dryer. And 30 minutes at high temperature in the dryer did not dry two medium-sized towels. Also, there are only a few folding tables and they are very small. In general terms, the store was filthy, with lint clumps and dryer sheets strewn across the floor. All in all, not a happy experience - can't wait for my favorite laundromat to reopen! read more

I started using this laundromat two years ago because it was hard to find a laundromat that was air-conditioned in the Waltham area. I was immediately impressed by how clean it was and how friendly and helpful the young man, Nick, who works there is. It was one of the two cleanest laundromats I was ever in. The other one is in Waltham but isn't air-conditioned. I love having the convenience store attached when you want something to drink or eat or run out of detergent or dryer sheets. I generally spend about 2 to 2 1/2 hours there 3 to 4 times a month. Nick is constantly cleaning, sweeping, interacting with customers and generally making it a pleasant experience. About two months ago I noticed that Nick wasn't there anymore. First it was an older gentleman there and on my 2 most recent trips there was a young man who seemed like he was college-age. The place was a mess. The floor had not been swept, dryer doors left open, the glass wasn't sparkling clean, and it just seemed like a different laundromat. I seriously considered whether it was worth making the trip from Waltham to Natick anymore. Because it was so hot out, I did decide to go back there today. As I was getting out of my car with tons of laundry out came Nick. He helped me bring my laundry in and once I got in there I could see that my old laundromat was back. The place was spotless and once again Nick was helping people, making them feel comfortable, keeping the place running like a well oil machine and making it a pleasant experience again. I don't know why Nick was gone but whatever the reason, it's a pleasure having him back. Whoever it is that owns this laundromat, Nick is your biggest asset. Please keep him around! read more
