Looking at other sites, they sent them to permanently closed and turned off Google reviews. When you call you just get a voice mail. I called the other Perspire Studios here in AZ, who are owned by a different owner and they were informed of the closing might happen but did not know it already happened. It is very sad because my wife had been going there since the grand opening. It is just really sad it closed without saying anything to customers. My wife was there last week. My wife is out a few credits and lost out on half a month's membership. And I saw online that others had just purchased packages. My suggestion is to contact your credit card company to see if they can do anything. I reached out to the corporate number to see if I can verify and find out more info. Overall, Just really sad they just closed down without saying anything. We would have loved to say thank you for the past 4 years. It was a great studio with wonderful people working there.
