I decided to try this place because I was looking for a place I could do an ice bath full water submersion! This place did not disappoint. I started with the compression therapy. Then did the infra-red sauna followed by the ice bath hot tub back to the ice back and finished in the hot tub. I have dealt with chronic pain for over 23 years. This therapy has been the best thing I have have ever tried. I also did an add-on. I forget the name of it but it has the Tesla coil in the room and I was told it helps ground you. I am not sure how much beneficial that was. However it was a great time meditate . I highly recommend this place. It is welcoming and inviting. POS: i ruptured my quadricep. I started going here 6 months post quadriceps tendon repair. I saw decrease in swelling and pain. my favorite were leg compression, ice plunge, sauna, and red light. The staff are super nice. NEG: I signed for the 3 months commitment package. Make sure you use all your passes. At sign up I was told they roll over so you can use them the following months. I still had a bunch of passes left and they expired them all at the end of my commitment. I called to ask if they would add them back because I actually liked going there and it was helping my knee. We came to Optimyze today with our sweet friend Jaimie and left feeling relaxed and reset. We tried a little bit of everything - guided breathwork around the biocharger, compression, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and warm hydrotherapy. Jessie was awesome and walked us through the cold plunge as we were new to it. He played the drum and coached us through deep breathing and the 3 minutes went by surprisingly quickly. I love that they stock the shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. I only wish there was a location closer to my house and I'd be a regular member. Otherwise I'll have to settle for a drop in session when I'm in the areas Hint, hint - we need an Optimyze over in Ocotillo! read more

This location for Optimyze is bigger than the Arcadia location. The cold plunged are elevated and face the saunas directly. The guy who usually works at the front is very down to earth and good to talk to for help. This seems like a random area of Tempe but regardless it's a cool spot. It's $99 a month for 4 sessions or $170 for 8 sessions. I feel like they could offer some kind to military or other discounts which would be nice but none the less it's a great spot for sports recovery. read more

A wonderful healing experience! My son is an athlete, and so having pain and soreness is a way of life after a hard workout. But when he goes to Optimyze, after one hour there he goes home refreshed, relaxed and with no more soreness or pain. It's so affordable! We got the Gold plan, and it's an affordable way to get all the benefits of a sauna, hot tub, ice bath, etc. without the cost of having to buy the equipment and having to maintain at home. highly recommend Optimyze! read more

Will never go back!!!!!! The person that checked us in did not tell us of the price increase. We were charged $69 for a visit that was not relaxing at all. Definitely not worth $69!People were talking so loud that it was the opposite of what should be experienced. The person that checked us in had no regard for asking the other clients to be quiet as a matter of fact she was participating in the loud conversation that continued for 30 min into our visit. This place is epic! I went for my first time yesterday to help recover from a trail half marathon I raced on Sunday. May was the staff on duty- she welcomed me punctually and supported me through all of the recovery tools available. I have been to float tank and other bio hacking-type of spaces that feel sterile or "techy", but this place is perfect. About a year ago I found the Arcadia location and transferred over to Tempe when it opened this past summer. I went from being unable to run, living in constant pain and going to physical therapy twice a week and being told I would need a bilateral hip replacement. I now am in training for a full marathon and am back to a pain free life which I haven't had in years.
