I also very much appreciate their space and how clean it is and that they have a bathroom in each colonic room; it makes each colonic session even more comfortable. I was looking for a colonic place with a closed-machine-system since that's what I'm used to for over 13 years in SoCal. I have looked and mostly seen that the Phoenix / Scottsdale area seems to offer a lot of open-machine-colonic-systems and I tried it, but it definitely wasn't for me. That's when I became even more grateful that I finally found a place like Healing of the Body and Mind! I saw Erica, and I am extremely grateful for her beyond belief! I do believe she's heaven-sent! I found her when I needed her the most! I moved from CA and dearly missed my previous Colonic-Therapist/friend. I didn't believe I'd find anybody like my previous, until I met Erica! She embodies everything and more I've been looking for in a Holistic Colon Hydrotherapist!!! She's experienced, knowledgeable, extremely patient, kind, gentle, caring, sweet, thoughtful, and quite literally the Coach that held my hand when I most needed one! My gut issues had gotten bad, I was in pain frequently and couldn't eat much without having side effects. I was desperate and I knew I needed to do my gut liver / gallbladder detox / cleanse again! I found Healing of the Body and Mind and quickly scheduled the two colonic appointments they suggest (to open up the detox pathways) with Erica, I also scheduled a Foot Detox Bath right before a colonic, so I can detox even further. I also did a lymphatic massage with Kasia; anything that would help me reset and jumpstart into my detox/cleanse/healing again. There is a HUGE difference from seeing a Colonic Therapist for a closed-colonic-system session to sit with you and walk you through the entire session quite literally being your mental and physical Healing Coach/Supporter through it all, than sitting in a room alone through a colonic session with an open-system. I am extremely grateful for Erica!!! She is definitely my person and my new healing buddy!! I did my 8 day Fasting / Liver / Gall Bladder flush/detox/cleanse with her and I am also scheduling my maintenance sessions with her in between my longer detox/cleanses, so I don't let my gut issues get to that bad point again. I came into oxygen wellness with a bad stinger injury in my neck that was severely hindering my ability to move my arm. I do MMA and had a fight coming up about a week out. I was praying I could heal this injury in time before then and figured my best bet was to check out oxygen wellness to see what they could do.
