Always love when a city has easy, healthy to-go options, and Clean Eatz is a chain I can get behind. I'll be honest: I've done quite a few of these pre-packed meal companies and Clean Eatz isn't my favorite. Even this time, I got the alfredo pasta with chicken/pepperoni and a ground beef burrito bowl, both of which were fine. That said, if you're looking for the basics, this is a great option. I needed to douse mine with salt and would have liked to add sauce if I had any. The desserts though... LOVEEE! Both the "healthy fudge" pieces and the buckeyes are delicious. read more

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt after the last time I went there and they under served the bowl portions; However, this time was the straw that broke the camels back. I went in for lunch and ordered a small bowl for my friend and a medium bowl for myself. Could you explain how the small bowl portion was larger than the medium portion. What's the point of paying an extra dollar for additional calories if they aren't going to be there? There was literally a thin layer of Quinoa at the bottom of the medium bowl, with the protein and veggies on top. This type of business is embarrassing and shady and will not get 5 stars until it is fixed. read more

When I first walked in there were two young kids who treated me like I was bothering them. The good I ordered took 15-20 min and it was freezing cold when I arrived. actually freezing from a freezer, not cold because it took forever. They call it clean itz but the ingredients aren't good for you and contain terrible chemicals. When I brought up my complaints to our cook she actually told me she had never had a complaint. I can not say enough about this place. Everything I've had is wonderful, flavorful, filling and healthy. I don't feel like I'm eating on a caloric budget but I also don't feel blah like I do after a half a bowl of tortilla chips at my favorite Mexican lunch spot. Their yogurt side has a little cinnamon which is a nice surprise. I personally get the small bowl most days. I highly recommend the Thai sauce and the cilantro lime. I wasn't a huge fan of the cauliflower rice but it may be your thing. I love that lunch here leaves me feeling fueled for the rest of your day. read more

We went to clean Eatz twice and I even bought some meals they sale for us while we were dislocated building a new house. My food just tasted very fake, microwaved and very very very bland. I ordered some expensive lettuce roll ups and got two small small small pieces of water puddle covered, soggy, broken lettuce I have ever seen in my lifetime. The wrap literally looked like throw up and the taste was even scarier. This place is making a killing, especially off lazy people. The second star is for the checkout girls both times very patient, courteous, always seem to be staying productive helping. This place could be great it has the right idea and mindset of what we need more of in the area. But there in need of some serious food changes and cooking tweaks. read more

I have done the meal plan here for 3 weeks now and I've been very satisfied so far. The meals are about the size of a healthy choice frozen dinner, but prepared the day you pick them up, made with fresh, natural ingredients, and are definitely on the healthy side in regards the calories count, fats, carbs, and protein. The have great choices every week for the meal plan so there is always variety, and they are great to take to work for lunch or have ready for dinner when you get home. The only issue I've had so far is that they go very light on the seasoning/sauces, probably because they are trying to serve food in its most natural state. I recommend having some sauces or seasonings readily available so you can apply as you please. Great customer service as well when you pick up your orders! Very fast and friendly. My family has been doing the Clean Eatz meal plan on and off for over a year now. When we first started the meals were really good but lately the quality and customer service have been off. This location seems to deviate from the meal plan a lot. My sister gets Clean Eatz from a different location and her food always looks so much better. Numerous times the meal plan lists certain ingredients or items that are missing or changed (biggest complaint here is this week's cheesy egg bites being replaced with these flat rubbery looking boiled egg things). Once a meal was supposed to have plain yogurt (like a sour cream substitute) but instead had vanilla yogurt, which we didn't realize until it was mixed into our food (so nasty). I can't even begin to eat any of the chicken dishes anymore because the chicken looks and tastes like the cheapest quality you can find. More than once we've had an entire meal missing when we picked up our order only to realize when we get home, and when we try to call to remedy nobody answers the phone. The staff always seems miserable when we come in now but they used to be so friendly and welcoming. I don't know what's happened to Clean Eatz but it hasn't been a welcome change. read more
