You drive up, if you're first in line here you're pulling right up to the computer and the person manning the testing station (Craig) tells you when to stop and put it into park. Today, I showed up with my dad's car and found out that his car was a 2022, so testing was not needed until next February! I ended up coming back with my car because I knew it was one model year older. Marty was filling in for Craig, who was on lunch. Both guys are friendly, professional, and quick- in and out within 6 minutes. By law, the most they can charge her vehicle for emissions is $25. I have never had an issue here - and I will be back every year with all of my family's cars so that way I know I get it done quickly and correctly. Thanks to express emissions! I am frustrated and concerned regarding the car dolly I recently rented. The dolly's clearance is excessively high, and the front hump is not appropriate for any low-riding or normal-height sedan. When attempting to load my car, it could not clear the hump without risking significant damage to the bumper. As a result, the dolly was effectively unusable and created a safety hazard. This issue indicates the dolly is not designed for the very vehicles it claims to accommodate. I believe U-Haul should clearly state the actual clearance requirements and warn customers that the dolly is not suitable for many sedans. I request that U-Haul review this design issue, update its equipment information, and provide an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience this caused.

Drove the vehicle immediately to the train station 23 miles away. Got back in the vehicle and noticed that there was radiator coolant fluid everywhere. Tried to see if they were open Saturday morning. They were not. Took the vehicle to the competition for a radiator replacement. Mentioned it to Randy, he said they could've fixed it for less than half. He was not willing to pay for the repairs necessary while their shop was not open. Filing a small claims case against the owner after refusal to reimburse my $819.
