I am frustrated and concerned regarding the car dolly I recently rented. The dolly's clearance is excessively high, and the front hump is not appropriate for any low-riding or normal-height sedan. When attempting to load my car, it could not clear the hump without risking significant damage to the bumper. As a result, the dolly was effectively unusable and created a safety hazard. This issue indicates the dolly is not designed for the very vehicles it claims to accommodate. I believe U-Haul should clearly state the actual clearance requirements and warn customers that the dolly is not suitable for many sedans. I request that U-Haul review this design issue, update its equipment information, and provide an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience this caused.
