They also failed to use cones or a traffic barricade to block off the street which would have prevented a massive line up of traffic. Called and spoke directly with the manager whom was supposed to contact the employees in the field. Manager had not contacted the employees and had no information on their expected arrival and suggested I reschedule once again. This was not possible because I had to be out of the apartment fully on that day, so myself and family ended up disposing of the items ourselves. The manager did offer a discount, and I do not hold them personally responsible, but overall very unsatisfactory service. I would not recommend you use college hunks of Levittown if you are reliant upon them arriving as scheduled for whatever services you need; it's possible (if not likely) they will leave you high and dry as they did with me. And yes, I know for certain this is the correct service location, as I confirmed it with the manager directly over the phone.
