Isn't it funny how they reply on good reviews on goggle reviews but don't care about the customers they let down!!!! We signed a contract gave a 50% deposit last year. We were told it would be installed on a certain date that date was pushed back due to product issues but it took weeks of trying to contact them to find that out but that we understand even though they were unprofessional about informing us. The problem came at install. They took down the existing fence quickly. When they installed the new fence they did crap job because not even six months goes by and the fence get blown back and forth by the wind. You try to contact them for the warranty they claim to give you and you get no phone call back at all. I would give less than one star if I could. Their customer service in non existent!! read more

THE JOB WAS NEVER STARTED OR COMPLETED! John Wiley & I entered into a contract to have a vinyl fence installed. He collected a 50% deposit & claimed he would be ordering our materials that day. 6 weeks later I checked in with him after seeing a news report on channel 3 about him scamming people & he assured me he was going to complete our job as contracted. The day before the first delivery date he gave me, I reached back out to confirm the material was in fact coming & that's when I was told delivery would be another week. I than asked for proof that the materials were even ordered & that's when he went silent. 2 days later I received a certified letter stating due to supply AND labor issues, he is unable to complete my job. He has tried numerous suppliers to order my materials with no luck. He has decided to refund my deposit in full, but will need 60 days to do so. If no money was spent on materials or labor, where is my deposit & why must I wait 60 days to be refunded? Beware of Karen, his wife, who also played a role in scamming me as well. She is quick to return messages & acts warm & friendly as she works to make you feel comfortable. read more

These people had excuse after excuse (double and triple booked, had to fire someone, a Grandmother passed away, this job is taking longer than expected...) for never coming out to install our fence after they took the deposit in late April and said 6 weeks out. We had to reach out multiple times to get another install date only to have them give another excuse! I do not recommend using this company at all for their terrible customer service including lack of honest communication and their overall professionalism being deplorable!!! read more

They started out great, the owner was pleasant and thoughtful gave useful advice and seemed straight up. Thankfully I did not have the deposit issue that others had. We had some scheduling issues but eventually the fence got installed. The owner "John" was mostly absent, his crew was sloppy left things all over the yard at the end of the first day. They left about 6+ bags of cement out which would have been ruined had I not covered them from the rain. It took multiple times for them to come back to "finish" the job. Adjusting the gates, applying adhesive to the caps, filling dirt in under the fence where it needed it. They didn't bother to clean the fence off so I had a brand new $11K fence that was dirty. Now less than a year later I have had to adjust the walk in gate, the double gate still doesn't work properly and then there's the fact that the fence is coming apart at one of the corners. It is clear that they are not answering calls probably too busy dealing with the attorney generals office. It's a damn shame I thought I met someone with some business sense and integrity, turns out the owner is just another scumbag piece of shit. It's odd that May 27th was also the day that Karen took our deposit and if we happened to be able to contact them they would have some kind of excuse why they didn't contact us with a start up date or permit information. They were quick to give us an estimate and take our deposit of over $1800.00. Then when we asked for out deposit back he gave us a receipt which made us think he wasn't half bad but then the credit card company said he didn't have enough funds in his account to cover our deposit. DO NOT USE THIS ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A BUSINESS! It took months of trying to get them to install our fence after giving them our deposit. They had excuse after excuse after excuse for why they were consistently a no call, no show. Finally got it installed and it started falling apart after a couple of months. If you want to give your money away and in return get the worst fence installed hire Advanced fence systems. I feel compelled to write a review for this so called company so no one else will get ripped off by these crooks. Wiley and his wife Karen are nothing but con artists who take money from people and run. As I write this review my fence is falling apart. Karen never returns phone calls and if you are lucky enough to get her she will lie and tell you something like we will put you on the schedule, and you will never hear from her again. They will also tell you have a one year warranty on the fence. That's a joke because they will never call you back and that warranty will expire. Here is another bit of information, those 4 and 5 star reviews they have are false. They have received so many bad reviews, I believe they have been writing positive reviews that are not real to compensate. I have had two fence companies come out to our house and literally told us that the fence was installed wrong. Also one contractor told us, if we have a good storm the fence will probably fall down due to lack of proper material such as cement. People, due yourself a favor. Pay a little more for a real fence company and have it done correctly. You will hear from me from time to time on this matter because I will not let Advanced fence systems take the money from hard working people. Thank You. read more

Do not give your money to these scammers. I gave a deposit for a fence and was told it would be 6 weeks to install. That turned into now almost 6 months and I still don't have a fence. I was rescheduled so many times with tons of excuses to a truck down, rain, etc. I was told that my fence would finally be installed today only for them not to show up. I tried contacting John and his wife Karen to get my deposit back and I have gotten zero response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have many texts messages to prove all of this. I was more than patient but to wait almost 5 or more months for 61 feet of fence is unheard of. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST IT. I cannot believe they have even one good review. Probably writing their own.FYI, I have tried to get my deposit back by contacting them but have now contacted the Falls Township police to get it back since they are not responding to me at all.
