I posted my original review 8/29/19 under the name Dawnana D. It took Scotties until 6/8/21 to respond back to my review. That's 2 years later, you call that customer service? In your response back you say the customer is having a bad day. I was NOT having a bad day you did a really BAD JOB, I stand by this 100 percent. What I felt was ripped off! All I wanted was a fairly clean carpet not a miracle. I was unsatisfied with the job. Brad was angry as he had to come back and gruffly said "what do you want me to do ream on it?" He then refused to do anything at all. This encounter was abusive and unprofessional, I think Brad was the one having a bad day and then ensured I too was going to have a bad day. What a despicable way to treat a senior I felt threatened. I believe this is probably the result he wanted after all I paid cash and there was nothing I could do about it. A real hit and run experience. Abraham Lincoln said, "You can fool all people some of the time and some of the people all of the time but you can not fool all the people all the time. I am not your fool you owe me, thus this scathing review which is true and accurate.
