Mark was right on time. we explained we couldn't afford to make major repairs, but we need our water functioning. by 9:30am Heath arrived and got right to fixing the issue. We were made aware our plumbing system is outdated, and the repair is a temporary fix. but we are grateful they were willing to help get water back into the home. We did ask for an around about cost for replacing everything. so, in the future this will be a project we will let 1-Tom-plumber handle. The issue we had was our water meter was flooded. we called Huntsville utilities and was told it is our fix since it fell on our side of the property. We had a plumber come out and they made us aware that we have a crack in the line. 24 hours went by, and nothing was done by that plumber. so, we made a Facebook post asking for suggestions on plumber and I am thanking God that 1-Tom-Plumber was suggested. They wanted $379 for a 15-20 minute job and I was supplying all the hardware! I reached out to a local licensed plumber that I was referred to, and he did it for $100 & I gave him a $25 Tip!
