I used to love this place and it was my go-to place 4 vacuum and car wash. Not sure what has happened whether they've had a change in management or policy but they now stack cars going through the carwash section bumper to bumper which is a concern for me. The last three times I have gone there I have specifically asked the attendant to leave some room between me and the car behind me. I've gone to this Clean Freak, a couple of times; actually got a membership, when they first opened up, for my truck; had the membership for about 2 years; started bringing in my BMW, recently, and decided to just get a membership for it; after the third wash, or so, the wash, broke my side mirror. When I got to the vacuums, there were no towels, in any of the bins. I've had this problem, multiple times. This was a turning point, for me. I decided to cancel my membership. I went in, to talk to the managerLuis. I calmly request of him, that I cancel my membership. Immediately, he was very passive aggressive. He let me know, that I'd "possibly be charged multiple times, for the washes" that I've already done, with this new membership. I responded, "can I have a copy of the terms?" he responded, passive aggressively, "it'll be on the site." I let him know, that they never told me that I would be charged, for early cancellation; that they would be able to cancel my membership at any time, with no additional charges. All this time, he wouldn't even look at me; he had his back facing me, to his computer. I let him know, that my mirror was broken. He had no care in the world, with his ignorant response, of, "all these people, canceling their account, when they know damn well what they're doing. We are losing money. I know what you're doing, just like everyone else." That was the end of the conversation, so I headed out the door. I came back in, to ask about the towels, if they had any, and or when they would have any, available. In which he replied, "we don't have any." And continue to say, "you are rude, this is the end of the conversation, get out." Not at one point, was I rude, or even a hint of passive aggressiveness. I've never once, heard of a manager being this bad. In addition, I asked for a corporate number, in which he replied, "we don't have one" I don't mind Cleanfreak, as a company, but the management at this specific location, is horrendous. Hopefully, some of the higher-ups, see this interaction, that I've had, and make some changes, for the better. First time here I had expectations of finding a new car wash that I could visit on a regular basis. After seeing the wash/dry quality or lack of I definitely won't be signing up for unlimited monthly access. No attendent debug or degreaser, wash starts immediately with no prior rinse, not all wash rollers working, my truck came out soaking wet full of debris on windshield and front grill.. It wasn't that dirty going in and about same at end. Vacuumed and air seemed ok. Quite disappointed. read more

Turned in at the Pinal Rd location for the free car wash. The attendant says I can get unlimited car washes for 3 weeks for $6. The best option available as well. That was at the end of August. They deducted $6 in August. Nothing in September, nothing in October, and then started charging $35 a month in November. They deducted $35 a month for 5 months before I realized it. I never signed up for a membership! I never got my car washed after mid September there. I have disputed the charges and I believe they are fighting it. I never signed up, they are not out anything, and I am out $175 as of right now. read more

The layout of this place is perfect. By a light easy in and out. 3 big lanes to go through, and having the monthly payment plan for unlimited drive thrus is the way to go. They also offer vacuums and other amenities to get your car or trucks looking great! Thanks for making it easy for us to keep our car clean. I've never had any previously mentioned issues in other reviews with clean freak. I take my truck through twice a week and vacuum everything out once a week. Staff is always helpful and smiling. It is an automatic car wash so obviously you're not gonna get those hand washed results. But there is a bug prewash you can hit before the wash at no charge. Idk, I like the place! read more

Worst customer service ever! They pack cars in the wash 2-3 feet apart. When I was going through the dryer part the car in front of me stopped. I had to brake so I would not hit the car in front of me. The car behind hit me, the car wash refused to take any blame for it. If they either had a sensor to stop this or just more spacing between cars, this would of never happened. They had us fill out a incident report and said someone would contact us. I have tried to contact CleanFreak at least a dozen times, by internet and by phone, to cancel my subscription. Each time I have provided my contact information as instructed. There has been no return contact from CleanFreak so I haven't receved verification that they have accepted my cancellation. This is not the kind of service I had received from them last year. It leaves me uncomfortable with my present financial arrangement with CleanFreak. - P.S.: I have just read the "unaccpted reviews" section for CleanFreak and found six other negative comments concerning problems in cancelling. We went to the Clean Freak place on Pinal. The customer before us obviously had something super muddy and the drain was clogged, resulting in wet shoes. The sprayer came out in 4 separate sprays soaking us. We chose the no spot wash. When we were finished my car was covered in white spots. When we brought it home we had to take wet rags and clean and dry the body of the car and wash all of the windows. Never again will we go there. read more

I was a regular customer at that other "car wash" on Florence Blvd. for years. I guess I just got used to the bad service until the Clean Freak store opened. WOW, what a difference. The employees are genuinely happy to see you and they do a great job, compressed air to help dry your car and strong vacuums . I'll never go back to that "Rude Guy" down the street, he's lost all signs of any "Sparkle", and he raised the price for a basic wash by 40% ! Clean Freak is $16.00 a month, unlimited washes. I headed to Cle freak on Florence Boulevard iin casa grande today hoping to wash my car on my lunch hour let me tell you that did not happen not only did I not wash my car the manager of this location was unable to help me even locate my membership that has been paid in full monthly for the last year I told him there must be something wrong he did not believe me he did not even give me a courtesy pass so I wasted my whole hour. Car wash doesn't get your car clean on the expensive car washes. Some of the staff is rude and extended wide mirror trucks get your mirrors scuffed driving through the front where you pay at. I told one of the employees they said the signs were placed so if you drive in perfectly you won't hit your mirror. But I can't touch the screen to order a car wash if I drive in that far away. The car wash also leaves hard water build up on the windows and the brushes don't clean well in the car wash. The one in Queen creek is much better. read more

Recently tried Clean Freak; 1st time: As my car entered the wash, I was almost propelled into the car ahead of me. The female attendant had me stop and back up off the track to restart my wash cycle. 2nd time: With a car inside the wash, and before I entered the track, the female attendant had to shut the wash down and a male came and banged on the track with a sledge bar to fix it. Five minutes later it was restarted. The female attendant had me enter and "away we went," jerking and quickly accelerating forward. Thankfully the other car was no longer ahead of me, there was a car behind me on the track. I was propelled so fast that the "wash" never happened, I was stuck in the middle of the car wash for 30 minutes. The windshield and side mirrors were covered with the scrubbers and I could hear some banging on the track, but I was in too far to see anyone. Once they got the wash going, my car was rushed through without being cleaned and satisfactorily dried. I paid for the $9 wash, and still had dog urine on my tire. Not only was the car not cleaned, I couldn't believe I wasn't approached, to drive out...explain what was going on...check on me...offer me another round through the wash... I couldn't roll my window down, and didn't think it was safe for me to open my car door either as they could have restarted the wash at any time. I had to get back on the road for an appointment so I just left. Poor customer service. Car washes commonly have back reputations, but this was a ridiculous experience. 6/10/19 Contacted Clean Freak Casa Grande to request a refund. Was told the manager, Henry, was "probably busy" and couldn't come to the phone. I was asked what the call was about, not surprised Henry didn't call me back. 6/12/19 Contacted main office, nobody available to take the call, so I left a message. 6/12/19 Just submitted an online complaint with Casa Grande Better Business Bureau; this business has an "F" rating based on 3 complaints. read more

Absolutely worse car wash I've ever used. I ignored the warnings on Facebook's CG Chat and ran my new Camry through their wash. What a mistake! My new car now has a scratch and scuff down the entire length of the passenger side. Don't bother talking to management. Nothing is ever their fault! They will, however, offer a tour of their facility to show there's no way their equipment could have caused that damage. Guess the dealer must have done it when they prepped it - hardly! I used this car wash for the first time today. It will also be my last. The attendant at the paying booth was personable and professional. I bought the car wash that was in the middle, not the lowest but not the highest. When I started to go through the car wash, I thought I was on a race track because it was going so fast. I was not surprised how madly the car looked when I finished and my car was not under the blowers to take any water off the car! While I was over at the gas station next door drying off my windows, I saw the next 2 cars come out of the wash with suds still on the front of their vehicles! The place is a nice set up and the free vacuums would be a plus but would it hurt to slow the process down a little so people get what they have paid for? I can get a better car wash at the little washed that are attached to gas stations (and have been around forever). read more

I only wish I could rate it lower.......Visited this car wash in January 2018 while visiting friends that live in Casa Grande. Keep In mind I was only going to be in Casa Grande for two weeks, then return to my out of Arizona home. The young man that greeted me at the beginning of the process, tells me they have a one month SPECIAL OFFER of unlimited washes for just $7. Sure, it's a good deal, BUT.....what they DIDN'T and DON'T MENTION to you is that you are signing up for their monthly membership plan of $16 per month for unlimited washes automatically charged to your CC on the first of each month. I read the fine print on the receipt afterward, as I am a legal investigator. and called to immediately cancel. After finally getting to speak with a "Supervisor," after three calls, in order to express my disgust with their "BATE AND SWITCH" TACTIC, I was given a "flippant attitude by the "Supervisor" on duty. He says "our business model is the same as Netflix and Amazon." I don't think Netflix or Amazon hide that you are joining a membership. I actually made a special trip back to the car wash to get the repeating charges cancelled and requested a paper receipt stating that they had been canceled (paper trumps hearsay always). Nice going there Mr. Supervisor, I hope hundreds read this post reporting your UNDERHANDED tactics. The right thing to do was to tell the individual what the terms of the "SPECIAL" really are rather than hope they don't read their receipt.
