Had a tire go bad on our RV. Called and got directions from a very helpful young man and slowly made our way. The parking lot was quite small and very busy. A nice employee moved traffic cones and helped up park our truck and RV. They were able to pull up our previous purchases on the computer and replace our bad tire with an exact match. Service was speedy, especially considering how busy the place was. We received exceptional serve, courtesy and assistance from everyone we encountered. Mgr was only interested in selling me new tires though I went in to have my front tire checked for a leak. This has not been my experience at other Tire Discount locations where they check for a leak first. It was only after 2 hours of waiting that I asked to refund me my order so that I could leave and just add air to my tire. ,When asked why I explained the tires were to be installed given the time I had been offered earlier. It was only after I asked for a refund that my car received immediate attention. I was charged for 2 tire certificates that I was never told about during the sale process. That was a surprise add to my bill. BTW registering the certificates is also a pain, if you make 1 mistake you have to start over. Tire registration should be automatic instead of relying on the customer to fill out a form since all the information is gathered at the front desk. I suspect this is on purpose. If you do not register your tires, there is no guarantee, thus you need to buy tires in the future. In the future I will purchase tires from Toyota since my experience in the service department has been excellent for 15 years. Lastly the app they use to inform customers as to the status of their vehicle is useless. Not only did I experience that, but individuals I chatted with in the lobby, who had previously scheduled service waited, and became quite upset. What was the point in scheduling service was their comments to me as we all waited patiently to the extreme of impatience. read more

When I arrived, there was a sign personally Welcoming to the store. the moment I parked, a gentleman was at my window asking if I was David of which I replied Yes. He took my keys and told me he would have my car ready in 20 minutes. Got four Michelin tires mounted and hung and five wiper blades. Received an $80 discount of the tires as well as a $45 military discount. Car was delivered on the dot 20 minutes after I arrived. We had amazing service from Damian I M. He really helped us out in a pinch. We were driving to the airport with family to catch a flight and our car's tire suddenly started to lose pressure on the freeway (talk about bad timing!). We took the first exit and were so lucky to find the Discount Tire nearby. We explained out dilemma to Damian and he went the extra mile for us to see that our tire was patched up and got us back on the road in time to make our flight. My experience today at Discount Tire just confirmed that this is our new go-to tire shop! I went in because the dealer had done an oil change on my car (without our knowledge or permission) and lost one of the custom tire valve caps and jammed another on so hard with one of those stupid pneumatic drills that I could not free it. The guy who helped me (James) had to actually take off the wheel cover to get to the cap and he said it was definitely overtightened. Amazingly he was eventually able to free it. They also checked the air in all four tires and aired them up to specs -- ALL FOR FREE! Wow! I didn't even have an appointment, and they barely made me wait at all! I stopped in here on April 1st for a new tire. I had just moved to Arizona City the day prior and had prayed that my right front tire wouldn't blow on the highway. The night before our move, my son had discovered a bulge in the tire that was very troublesome. I didn't have time on the 31st to do anything about it because we had a very tight schedule to keep. I drove on a wing and a prayer to our new home.... I was planning to go a competitor, but since that competitor brand had patched the same tire in January, I decided to come here instead. I was greeted the moment I walked in the store, the associate came right out to take a look and said that they could replace the tire immediately. I was suprised, because that competitor I was talking about usually took several hours to do anything, and I would wait just to get it done. (1 to 4 hours depending on the issue, once it was 6 hours) I was overjoyed that Discount Tire didn't try to scare me into any upselling for two tires, (competitor ALWAY did that), and he stated that they would get the car in right way, shouldn't take any more than about 45 minutes. Again, shocked due to my experience with the competitor. There was a store in the same area that I needed to go to, so my son and I walked over and got some shopping done. To my additional shock, I received a text about 20 minutes later that my car was DONE! I had been truly expecting to wait a few hours!!! For the tire to be replaced less than 30 minutes after I dropped it off was such a wonderful shock to have. On top of all this, it was around noon on a Saturday when everybody is out and about. This kind of service is beyond amazing! I am so glad that I decided to go to Discount Tire that day to replace my tire. You have earned all my future business!!!! read more

Pretty bummed out about my experience at this store. I limped my car here on a spare tire late on Friday night. Saturday morning I arrived before store opened to get in line as I live in Tucson. The person who "helped me" seemed to have zero communication skills. I showed him the tire with the issue, he stated he didn't see an issue. But then proceeded to say I needed 4 tires. I told him I wasn't super familiar with tires and needed some of his expertise. Regardless I told him I needed something affordable and needed to get back to Tucson. He then gave me a quote for 2 tires, I told him that was over my budget. He then quoted me another quote that was 35% less than the first quote. He explained NOTHING of what came with that price and that was the extent of the communication. I had to get tires as I had no other choice. But I would never set foot in this store again. I returned to discount tire with a medium leak on a tire. that discount tire had just put on 15 hours before. After looking at the tire, they told me that the reason why it was leaking was that I had a bent rim. The previous tire was replaced because I had a screw in it outside of the repairable area, but it had held air without a problem prior to bringing it to discount tire. This made me very skeptical and not so willing to accept the answer of a pothole causing my bent rim. Marty was able to put my mind at ease by showing me the damage to my rim and how it would be difficult for their equipment to cause such damage. This is not why I'm giving a five star rating. Marty then went on to get me a loaner rim and tire, so I can get to work. He then told me he would send my rim to another company and have my rim repaired for little or no cost. In a world where many peoples idea of customer service is that they make the customer feel like it's their fault and that there's nothing that they can do, Marty actually gave some of the best customer service I've had in years. He has earned a customer that will buy all of his tires from discount tire and tell anybody who will listen what a great job they do. read more

I called to verify the warranty on my tires because one of my tires had a lump in it I Spoke with Trevor and confirmed my tires were still under warranty and to just go in. I come and spend 15min with Dylan who was trying to find me in the system mind you I called and verified this before I came in. Then was told I would have to pay out of pocket. I expressed my confusion and how I was not pleased having to wait 15 min waiting to find me in the system and Dylan was rude and gave me a smart remark of "I know right". It's very unprofessional to have someone presenting themselves in that manner especially when there the first face you see walking in instead of being sympathetic and trying to make everything better or just a simple apology he fustrated me more I will never buy tires from here again read more

I honestly can't tell you how long I've been going to Discount Tires but this last two day visit has been, by far, the worst I've ever experienced, 5/5 and 5/6 of 2025. I felt like I was at a used car lot. I went to get my tires pressure checked and the guy told me that I needed new tires which I found out the next day that I still had a couple of thousand miles to go for them to be where the handheld reader said they were, according to the tech that checked them manually. Then the guy checking the pressure said I needed some windshield wipers which were just put on!!! He also complained about all the cars pulling up to get their pressure checked as if he wasn't getting paid for it, IMO. As I went in for my appointment, we went out to look at my tires and I know it may sound petty but the guy let me go first to open my own door which just has never happened before. Fortunately, one of their employees "Edy" was opening the door for one of his customers and he kept it opened for me. Edy, also helped me check out and is the only reason I gave this review 2 stars. Discount tire's customer service has really diminished. I would advise anyone to get a second opinion before buying new tires from here. read more

Recently bought two new tires from this discount. Every time I come to this location they're trying to push additional purchases. I'll say "I just bought and installed NEW wiper blades" they'll go out to my car to get the tire size and tell me the wipers look awful and still need to be replaced. Okay, still not buying any. Anyway, two new tires. Purchased about two months ago, one of them blew out already. Discount replaced the tire, I had to pay $28 to renew the warranty on the new tire. When I drove off the lot the air in the new tire was 37-40 when driving and all of the other ones were around 32. I figured they would level the air out, but no. Went the next day to get the air sorted out, was in line for 50 minutes around 11:30am. When it was finally my turn the air person left about 3 times. No wonder it's taking so long! I don't particularly like this location. When I purchased two new tires the salesman didn't acknowledge me at all and opted to just speak to my boyfriend. When I came after the tire blowout alone, WITHOUT A MAN(gasp), the salesman/cashier wasn't too friendly. I just don't understand it, but I need tires and live in this area, and don't want to drive to Gilbert so here we are. Subpar service. Don't come without a male, I suppose. read more

I had a car that I picked up in Casa Grande and the front tires were bald. I was towing it from the rear and the rear tires are off the ground completely. I wanted them swapped so I could have good tires in the front. Yes I know the front tires are bad but seriously we can't touch it? So I took my truck with 1 year old rims and tires with new tire air pressure sensors to have the tires rotated and set to specified pressures for towing heavy loads, 55 in the fronts and 65 in the rears. All four tires were in great condition and sensors working perfectly fine as I've kept them at their correct air capacity consistently. One hour later I get in my truck and they proceed to tell me that my TPS alarm may go off because two of my sensors aren't responding and that it's because of the age of my truck which is 2012 so the batteries may have died. To which I told him the rims and tires and sensors are all less than a year old. Then he proceeds to show me that they couldn't get a reading and he starts twisting and bending the valve stem like crazy and shows me there now reading so I start the truck and all four sensors were now not reading. He then says it's ok we can change them and that it's only 280$ for all four. Then I reply with oh lucky me but I'm not buying his story because all four were working perfectly fine then he says well I don't what ever and proceeds to tell me that one of my caps was chewed up and they couldn't put it back on so I checked it and see that the threads were stripped out and I told him they were on just fine when I got here and that they needed to fix these problems that I didn't have and that I believe he is completely lying to me and the tech got pretty pissed off and just walked away talking under his breath. STAY AWAY!!! Ok so I was asked to come back and give the shop an opportunity to correct the issue and correct it they did. Marty the owner or store manager was able to both program three sensors correctly and replaced one that wasn't being cooperative. I offered to pay for the sensor that was replaced since the other 3 were ok after all, apparently according to Marty some wheel/tire technicians have issues with some chevy trucks, but he insisted on replacing it free of charge due to the sub-par customer service I received and Marty it was definitely appreciated! Really just want to say that Marty and Izik and their team at this location are awesome. We had trailer issues (blowout and underrated tires) and had to come in for an emergency fix during a cross country road trip. Marty and Izik, found us tires, we're able to fit larger better tires, and got it all done within an hour for a great deal.
