I don't drive enough to need a membership, but I was a member several years ago when I still lived in Phoenix. Kudos to Julian for trying to upsell me because it really is a good deal; just not something I can use much. This place is one of the bigger Super Star locations I've been to, and I was actually surprised by the length of the track. I got the most expensive wash to remove bird poo off my car. Didn't quite get all of it, but it got most. My only complaint is that not all vacuums worked. I try to use one per side so I don't have to bring the hose over the car but I had a working vacuum on at least one side. Also, this place actually has towels! So if you're like me and forget microfiber towels for washes, please do the right thing and return them to the proper bins. Would recommend. read more

Very disappointed with the customer service and overall experience. I went there 2 weeks ago and their machines are either way too harsh or just aren't calibrated right, and the sad part is that the employees said they notified the owner several times and he doesn't do anything, shows how much they really care... It made my side mirror completely go forward and cracked the housing, manager got my information and said this will be taken care of which I appreciate but nobody has reached out in 2 weeks! If you appreciate your vehicle I would highly recommend avoiding this place, it's not worth thousands of dollars in damage that their machines cause. Update, they have done nothing, they will act like they are trying to fix it but don't care and never get back with you. read more

I was running errands in town, when I saw this Super Star location. Being from Phoenix, I had no idea my car wash place would be down here! I was greeted with a big smile and a friendly associate gave me a dash wipe and a car freshener. Came in the morning and it was empty so not hard to find a spot to vacuum my car. They had smooth jazz playing on a loud speaker- talk about taking your car to the SPA!!! Great experience!! I have the unlimited monthly plan and it's so worth it!! read more

You come on here and try and validate that all that needs to be done is contact customer support and someone will help me.....Not only will NO ONE respond to any emails No one will respond to all the phone calls and messages left for them. Your company Super star car wash is a JOKE. You will not stand behind the services you offer...you wont even respond back to your customers. if I could leave negative reviews I would. I had an isssue and I mean a small issue like in tune of only $180. The employees that work there were very understanding and helpful. but Corporate and hr not so much. it took many phone calls and many emails just to get a response. Then I've the claim was filed....crickets. They would never return any calls or emails. I would highly encourage everyone to avoid using this car wash and seek elsewhere to wash your vehicles. There is no customer service nor do they stand behind the services they provide. Not only will they not stand behind the service they provide but they will also hide and not respond to you. my money will spend anywhere..too bad as they just lost a 4 year customer over $180. If you like pulling up to a car wash where you have a membership and waiting for 10 minutes for a worker to let you thru the car wash, then this is the place for you. I got out the car, knocked on the door, looked around for a worker. Looked in the parking lot for a worker. 2 cars pulled up behind me, and no worker. Finally a worker comes out and and I said we've been waiting for at least 10 minute. He responds well I had to put out the bottles. Ok, this is definitely not the Super star experience I'm use to. Check and make sure the vacuums serle working I purchase a membership and often I find the vacuums don't have a connection, aren't working, or barely working. Just something to think about before signing up for a membership. I may be reconsidering mine as well. read more

I drove in and wanted just a good rinse, my SUV was just dusty. I drove thru and moved to the vacuum area. To my surprise the back of the SUV was very dirty, the water had tuned the dust to mud and it was not rinsed off. I spoke to one of the attendants and was told that I should have stepped up to the next level of wash as the one I chose did not include a high-pressure rinse. He informed me that the rinse that I chose would not do the job. Why sell something that will not do the job. I drove home and got out the hose and finished the job that the carwash should have done. There are currently 3 of these in casa grande. I don't think the pricing is unfair. I believe it's reasonable. But now that there is 3 of them they seem to have a little problem with maintaining the quality of the equipment. It's not uncommon to get your car washed them pull up to a vacuum and it doesn't work. Maybe it is working but the airflow is inadequate. But they do play gental country and soft pop music. But I did run onto a problem with thier personal. I have 2 cars on the unlimited plan. I wanted to downgrade the plan I had my truck on. I wanted to reduce it down to unlimited washing only no waxing. They didn't want to do it. They told me to go home and do it on my computer. I said no. They told me at the time I signed up. I could easily stop in and ask for any changes I wanted. There would be no hassles. Boy was that a lie. So I asked for the manager. Then they started to give me more run around. So I said okay let's just cancel the whole plan. That got thier attention. Then I canceled my plan for my truck. I still debating about my other car. I may still make the switch. So it's up to you as always. read more

Chris is phenomenal. He is why they get 5 stars I do need to complain about the fact this company requires a cover for tattoos. First it's hot as fire out here and secondly if there is nothing offensive they should be allowed to show them. Schools don't even require that...get with the times Super Star. Your employees rock and it's a conversation starter so let them show their work rather than making all of us feel like your offended by our tattoos too. I'll start a whole social fit if I continue to see them having to wear these goofy coverup sleeve things. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. my 88 year old mother went for a one time wash. They tricked her into a subscription which she would never have agreed to as she only spends winters in Arizona. She tried to cancel several times and even filed a claim through her bank/credit card company. Her claim was denied! I finally got through to someone who ensured me her account was cancelled but could not refund any money. She had been charged for three months and didn't receive any car washes, yet they would not provide a refund. What a scam! read more

I took my car for a wash on jul/21/2024 and the top roof brush came down so fast on my wind shield breaking it, a cracked it right on center. I reported it right after i pulled out of the car wash and they told me to fill out a form, which was never complete/submitted by the manager. He told me to wait at least 2 weeks while HR department and higher up management review the cameras and respond me on a email with the instructions for replacing the windshield. I never received that email so i visit the car wash again 3 weeks after and current manager told and show me that paper work was never complete/submitted, also videos from cameras were already erased. So she send the report to HR that day and it took them 2 weekds to respond saying the replacement requested was denied. I email them back statying they need to replace it because it was theirs machine fault and they responded again that they desicion was not to replace it. This is a bad review because even i had the proof of what the machine did, they would pay my windshield replacement. read more

I have been a Super Star customer for years. I try to avoid this location because of the young man with hanging twisted hair who works there. We pay and the gate goes up. we drive around and USUALLY there is an attendant waiting to guide your car in, spray the car and give you an air freshener and wipe. Every time we have to beep the horn because we have been waiting for an attendant, he walks out. With zero sense of urgency. We have to roll the window down to accept the air freshener. EACH TIME he does NOT wait for the driver side window to go up and continues to spray the drivers side window getting soap in on me. There is no reason to spray the drivers side window! I would give zero stars, but the other locations are good. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! This car wash is absolutely terrible and extremely unprofessional. My car was damaged in their car wash. It didn't even make it through the entrance of the car wash before the machine popped my tire, bent my rim, and snapped the tire nozzle completely off. (By the way my car is brand new like paper plates new) When assistant manager of the facility was extremely aggressive with us when we politely notified her of the situation. She simply handed us a form and dismissed us. We asked her to speak with the owner and she notified us he wouldn't be available until 12:00pm so we waited until that time. Once the owner Evan showed up all he did was simply kick our popped tire and laughed in our faces. He also began become hostile towards us and rushed towards us as if he was going to try to get physical with us. I couldn't believe how unprofessional he was acting.
