For health reasons my dad was unable to clean up after himself and his cats much recently so we decided to do a deep clean. Perhaps the eco-friendly products were unable to keep up with what we needed. In the end there was still a lot of dust on most surfaces and nothing was moved (not even doors to clean behind them) while vacuuming and mopping. A lot of time was spent on the oven which my dad doesn't really use, so perhaps if we'd known ahead of time to determine some priorities we wanted to focus on we would have had a better end result. The guy showed up in his personal vehicle and no uniform of any sort. All he had was the machine and a bucket full of random cleaning items. He was finished in less than an hour to me that seemed super quick for the size of at least one of the rooms. The carpets were cleaned on a Saturday and the carpet was still damp come Monday. I called the company to tell them my issues and they didn't seem to care or try to fix it. We will not be using the company again.
