Paid $150 to have my car detailed and shampooed. Wasn't the best job. The simplest stains were missed. I had to go back over and clean spots when I got home. The sun visors were stained, the cup holders on some doors were dirty still, underneath the handles to lift the seat up had some stains. They didn't pay too much attention to detail. Also had some stains left over on the seats from the shampooing. It's an improvement from what the car was before, but not satisfied with the lack of attention to details. read more

I had never been here before and honestly if I had known better I would've made the drive to Fort Worth just to go to University Car Wash which is awesome! Their price which includes you driving your own vehicle through the car wash and then you vacuuming, and cleaning the inside of your car yourself. Perhaps this doesn't sound too bad to most but when you normally go to University Car Wash in Fort Worth where they do everything for you for $18. Really, University Car Wash puts your car through the wash and cleans everything inside and out for you while you wait inside their lobby. I usually love to wipe my car down myself and get the extra dirt off however, after you get out of the tunnel car wash you cannot even use a towel or spray to wipe the interior of the car. They have designated areas for "employee use" products. I just paid $16 for a single car wash. I feel scammed lol. I decided to end my membership elsewhere to try this place and what a waste. This car wash is the one to come to if you're anywhere within 20 minutes. Thorough wash, and employees dry your vehicle upon wash exit to kill the water spots. Water is always clean, never smells like vinegar or dirty. The machine itself is very thorough, good quality brushes, more than adequate brushing, soaping, and rinsing. Went to this location for a full car interior and exterior service. Paid for best quality, but when I left I noticed the exterior looked great, while the interior was left untouched. I spoke with the employees about the issue and one of them argued with me stating I did not select the interior clean. I had a receipt for proof and left with a unpolished and dirty interior. I've gotten this particular service before and it's always accompanied by a interior clean. My younger sister has never personally encountered these kinds of issues. It may have just been a one off experience, but I felt it wasn't dealt with properly by staff. I would likely recommend this location for smaller packages and exterior cleans, rather than more expensive and in-depth cleanings as from my experience they generally yield the same results. read more

Highly do not recommend this car wash. The manager Henry thought it was funny that my car still had bug guts on the front of it, after paying $175 for a DETAIL GOLD. He said that I needed to get the $215 version in order to get the bug guts off of my car, even after they waxed it and washed it. My lights still have dirt in the creases and so do my windows. This is not a detail in my opinion, especially for $175. The car is only two years old. The bugs come up with a little bit of effort, but they don't do that here apparently. Spend your money somewhere else. They even have a detail center specifically for detailing which is where my car was, but they can't even do it right. read more

The Clean Getaway in Frisco, Tx is awesome - the Mansfield, Texas site is horrible. The staff half dries your car in fifteen seconds, so when you get to your destination it looks a mess. Also you pay thirteen dollars for the the wash and the tires are supposed to have tire polish and it doesn't put the polish on the tires, they will not tell you the tire polisher isn't working. Just image the basic car wash is six - eleven dollars you pay an extra two dollars for tires shine on a Saturday they average probably five hundred cars plus. That's a extra thousand dollars to their company for a service that isn't working.. read more

I got the (Deluxe Full Service) tell me why after they called me that my car was ready there was still dirt on my car and inside the car that I had to start showing them and the lady vacuum the car and I am wondering was vacuuming not part of the service? The staff is sloppy in doing their job and when they are being watched, will get aggressive when over looked items are pointed out. I drive way back there to go there even tho I live next door to another car wash... unfortunately when it's hot and crowded the workers try and finish quickly.. but I feel like I pay too much money for a rush job !!! Love coming here for a quick car wash. Service is always friendly and on point. My husband drives a big monster car and fits right in. They hand towel dry cars all for $6. Vacuums are free and they also have onsite detailing as well. Every time we get our cars washed I always notice how they check their machines and vacuums as well. Worst car wash in Mansfield. Maybe the worst in the entire METROPLEX. They were great when I first opened a few years ago but they have steadily declined and are now at rock-bottom. You don't always get to wash you paid for, they barely dry off the car when you leave and normally there's so much soap left on the car after the wash you have to wipe it down yourself. I've gotten my car wash multiple time here and I decided to get it detailed today. Everything was great until I left there. My sound system was working perfectly fine up until they detailed it. I left and the sound was not working. I tried to speak to someone and they were "too busy". I've made numerous attempts to call and i can't seem to get anyone on the phone. It'd be nice for them to at least show some common courtesy in regards to the issue that happened while THEY were in possession of my vehicle.
