Normally I never leave reviews but I just have to warn people. If you have a car that's relatively low to the ground absolutely do not come here because I can almost guarantee you will get scratched. I've been maybe 4 times in the past month and 2/4 of those times I've gotten these scratches. The guys are great and really cool but management/owners seriously need to fix their drive thru or do something about this. And OF COURSE they have a policy that makes them not liable or any damages and I totally see why. I'm just letting people know so you don't come here and end up having to pay a couple hundred to get your scratches removed. But if you have a big car that's not low I'm sure you'll be fine. read more

I paid for the most expensive wash they offer and my car came out with a lot of scratches worse than any other car wash I've been to also the workers half way dried my car off they didn't spray they water out of the door handles and mirrors and when I got out to tell them they said that's not there job and I showed them that there was still soap all on my back bumper and the guy had a huge attitude I will never go here again worse part was it scratched my car up pretty bad read more

Mediocre service. Barely worth the least expensive subscription if you sting or a wash frequently. I've been going for a couple of years and the lower right brush has never been fully functional. The worst part of the wash is the staff laziness. They used to always pre-scrub the car-just a quick once over. That would take big guys and built up dirt off so the wash could clean the car. The pre-scrub rarely, if ever, happens anymore which really makes this wash no better than a gas station automated wash. They're also in no hurry to come out when customers are waiting. The $20 basic unlimited wash is a better value than a gas station wash if you use it a lot. Just be sure you expect the same quality wash as a gas station automated wash. read more

I have been coming here for many years. It has changed hands about 6 times now. One thing people need to understand is if you pay for a $7 car wash. Your getting a $7 car wash. I always do at least the $28 full service and once every 3 months do the $50 super clean with the blowing out of the vents and all the goodies. I always tip the cleaners well so I get awesome jobs done. As a consumer I want my car done right. If I half way do my part so will the service providers. Take care of your provider and he will do an awesome job always!! read more

I came in to get a detail and shampoo. Most things are fine, but when I want a detail, I expect all visible parts to be nice and clean. There was still dirt in between the seats and on my back seat. Also the rim on my mirror was cracked before, but when I left, it was even worse and flapping in the wind on the highway. Not the best but not the worst. The people in charge were nice, but there seemed to be a lot of high school kids working there. When I was pulling into the car wash, it felt like they may have been laughing at me... So they could be slightly more professional as well. Update-- my car has smelled like a wet dog ever since I left. read more

Be careful using this place. First the attendant made zero eye contact with me while I was driving into the tracks. THEN HE HAD ME GET OUT OF MY TRUCK so he could aggressively spray my inside doors controls and speakers included. Drenched my carpet. No wonder he asked me to step out. These people act like they're half pissed most of the time. I pay for the monthly service so I get my vehicle washed fairly often in a months time. However, I don't carry a wad of cash with me to tip these cya every time I come. But expect a nasty look and probably cussed at if you don't tip them. Moral: If you're not making enough money, DONT WORK AT A CARWASH ! And get those tire brushes working again since we're paying for that part of the service!! read more

This place is THE BEST car wash I have been to ! The staff of friendly and efficient! The store owner is the nicest person ever ! He helped me choose the best plan to get my car detailed . He even drive my car through the car wash simply because it sometimes scares me to drive through it sometimes. They always leave my car smelling nice and fresh ! The line was very long which was understandable because this was the first day with no rain after a couple of days. when I pulled up to the actual car wash nobody guided me or told me what to do they just expected me to know which luckily i did. after I pulled out of the car wash I pulled into a vacuum spot the only one that was open, just to discover that the vacuum had very little suction. overall I would recommend this place but when it's not busy. read more

I gave them another try and while in line the chain broke. I was asked to pull out of line to make room. I politely told attendant I was in hurry and wanted money back. He said he could not give me a refund. I asked to speak to his manager and was told by attendant he did not need any damn smart mouth. I stopped at this particular car wash out of convenience. I was in this area and had some time and thought I would get my new car cleaned up. This car wash is quit dated. Pulling into the lot is confusing as to where to go for what service. The staff was so so friendly. But the wash equipment was horrible. I thought it was going to beat my car to death. Most tunnel washes have the soft chamois type brushes that are gentle on your car. This place had older harder equipment that really was rough. I was glad to get out of the tunnel and anxiously inspected my car for damage. Luckily I found none. Not going back! read more

I was the 2nd or 3rd car back and the attendant was like, "whatcha want?". when I seemed unsure, because I had no menu in front of me.. he simply walked off to wait for the cars to pull forward. no attempt to "sell" your product? nothing? Worse car wash ever. Paid for an express $8 wash, car came out still covered in soap. I was told "that's the way it is, we will dry it off for you".
