I found Clean Green Power Washing based on a neighbor recommendation. The company specializes in eco friendly refreshing of exteriors, siding, wood or stone decks, and gutters. Bryan is the owner-operator, and is extremely conscientious in his work. We had Bryan clean out our gutters, clean & brighten our driveway, and clean and restain our deck. He is very reasonable in his pricing, and provides a cafeteria-style bid where you are able to see the full breakdown of cost, as well as pick & choose your options for the work being bid on. Bryan is very knowledgeable about the work he does, and takes pride in providing quality results. Our deck had an issue with stain pooling on it since we hadn't elected to chemically strip it, and Bryan was back to fix the problem the very next day. He did a fantastic job cleaning out our gutters and our driveway. He doesn't just power wash the surfaces- he chemically brightens them as well. In addition, he was very flexible with his work and helped me brighten my outdoor furniture as well. Great company to work with! We first used Clean Green in February 2022 to power wash our metal roof and clean out clogged gutters. They did a fantastic job, and also informed us that they do cleaning and sealing of limestone, which we then hired them to do in April 2022. Again, fantastic job. Recently, in October 2023, we had an excess buildup of leaves and dirt in high places on our roof again, only this time it was causing water to leak into our home. I called them in a panic and explained the situation, and they were so wonderful in fitting me in their schedule very quickly. Bryan is a pro, with excellent service and a superb performance. Yesterday he gave my yard the best moving it has seen, first collecting branches and debris, then a flawless finish. Today he power-washed my 40 year old driveway, which now looks like new. As an added touch, Bryan is also an artist and from my request, he created a temporary chalk-art. Of course, it will wash away, but I look forward to his next mowing and his next chalk creation. His prices are on the low side, but his results are over the top. Bryan and Josh are incredible! They worked on our 11,000 sq. ft facility and did everything from cleaning our fountains, pool, limestone walls, brick driveway, showers. You name it they did it, the before and after photos are unreal. We had issues with bad pool/fountain maintenance where they had been over chlorinating which caused scaling and calcification all over. They were able to completely reverse those issues and saved us a TON of money in remodels, supplies etc. Which we would've had to pay in demolishing or renovations.
