This car wash is well worth spending money on a machine to do your car washing for you. The attendant helped me purchase my wash and even found a discount for me to use. I got the silver level, which did a great job. They also give you a free air freshener and yes, even a towel! The best part are the free vacuums that are shaded, yes, shaded, which I n the summer Florida heat is a key advantage. And since the vacuum is part if the deal, there is no pressure to go as fast as possible and feed the machine with quarters before it runs out. Great place! read more

The wash used to be really great, but now even the platinum wash doesn't get the bird poop or bugs off the car even when it hasn't been but a few days since the previous wash. read more

Worst Carwash experience in my life. Was expecting good quality after paying 20 dollars but my truck came out with sand all over the tailgate and front bumper/grille. The brushes also ripped off my bedcover which was clamped on very securely. The pressure washers blew a seal in my door and completely saturated my seat. Still got dirt on my wheels and mud on my roof, I even had pressure washed the truck myself the day before! read more

POOP WATER and POOP SMELL from reclaimed sewer water! Yep, you heard me. My car now smells like poop both inside and out. You'll notice it when you go through the wash about 2/3rds through. It smells like you're getting flushed down a toilet. IT! IS! NASTY! And then when you use their "window spray" near the vacuums post wash and use it on a cloth to wipe down your insides it will bring that poop smell inside for a looong time. The employees confirmed they are using poop water to clean your car to save on costs. Can it be more disgusting?! It was a good wash when they started in October 2020 but they have continued to go downhill. I've noticed different wash cycles with the "premium" wash. Sometimes the tire wash isn't working, sometimes the suds aren't working, sometimes the clear coat isn't working. As a regular customer who has decided to cancel my plan and move to a different car wash I have to say this is a huge bait and switch from what was promoted last year. SERIOUSLY DOWN HILL and TERRIBLY MANAGED! But if you own shares in the the private equity fund that owns this chain then you may be a big winner...short term! FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH! read more

While I was traveling from Iowa to Florida to visit my aunt in Naples, Florida. I experienced a snowstorm en route to Naples driving my black Honda Pilot and once I arrived to Naples I realized that my car was completely almost white due to to the snow residue. I immediately felt embarrassed and was in desperate need of a car wash. My aunt suggested that I try Clean Machine. I am thoroughly satisfied with trusting this company with my car cleaning needs. I had my 2017 Toyota Tundra washed at the Bonita spgs Fl location.I seen all the signs not responsible for this and that .I took all precautions removed antenna folded mirrors.The car wash tore off my factory not aftermarket drivers wiper blade and bent the arm.I was upset as anyone would be. Mgr Daniel said not their problem and told me to leave or he would call police. NOT the way you treat a customer.Iwill never go again and to boot wash was only fair. read more

I really was going to consider buying a monthly pass, but I think I'll reconsider. I really love how affordable this place is. I work in my vehicle, and I do have to frequently wash my car to maintain a professional appearance. I have zero problems with the wash or accommodations, but I don't appreciate the lack of professionalism. Every time I go through the car wash, the process changes. Sometimes they rinse my car prior to entering, and other times they just lead me onto the track. When they do rinse, it's very difficult to see how they signal the transitions of the process. The gentleman who was working on the left side on December 18th around 3 o'clock presented himself in a fairly confrontational manner. I didn't have my foot off the brake, because I couldn't see his signal. He had me roll down my window and said "Um, is your foot off the brake?". I responded with "I'm sorry, I didn't hear or see you". He then responded with "Yeah, I said neutral". If I made a mistake, I still didn't deserve to be spoken to in a condescending tone. I don't know if he assumed that it was alright to speak to me that way due to my age or whatever other reason. Nonetheless, it wasn't polite and I really don't feel comfortable returning. read more

5-10-18 Update. They have video of my car entering the tunnel with the antenna cover and exiting without it. After three visits and three phone calls to the car wash, they ordered a non-OEM part that doesn't fit and is the wrong color. When I called the "manager" to tell him that it's the wrong part, I was told that they will not replace with the correct part. Manager says the Chinese made knock-off is "courtesy." Some courtesy! I have filed a property damage complaint and may be filing a small claim. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. read more

This place is so cool!! Nice man at the gate ( possibly the owner, great accent). First of all the wash was great!!! And a good value. The free and convenient vacuum bays were shaded and easy to use. And to top it off they gave me the best rose sented air freshener and towel to dry my car. read more

I gave this one star because there's no option for negative. I think the truck was dirtier coming out. We purchased the top carwash and there was dirt, bugs, and missed spots everywhere! We went to our usual car was immediately after and will never return here. read more
