These guys do good work, but I do have one significant enough complaint to warrant a 1 star review…read more The tint over the dot matrix on the back window of my car hasn't cured correctly. I wasn't worried because I know FX stands by their work, so I went to see them and let them know of my issue. They told me that there's no way to get that fixed reliably, and that I can have them remove the tint over the back window over the dot matrix and get it coated with an opaque vinyl. They warned, however, that it would likely damage my radio, so I'd have to be comfortable with the risk. Guys - if a part of your work isn't going to turn out, your customer should know about this before swiping their credit cards. If they raise an issue, saying "we can fix our mistake but it may screw up your car" isn't customer service. You're supposed to make it right. I'd stay away, go to somewhere that will be transparent with you from the jump.
