Their booking procedure is a little wonky but easy enough to figure out as they have plenty of last minute availabilities online. We booked it and went in, they do need to see the car before giving you an exact cost- but it was pretty accurate with the online prices. We got the silver package with add on dog hair removal. My car had SO MUCH dog hair everywhere and just sand from the beach in the mats and cracks. We actually asked them to clean the dog hammock (that goes over the back seat) as well since one you remove the hammock the seats were actually quite clean having hardly been sat on. I didn't know what to expect picking it up, but I have to say I was thoroughly and pleasantly surprised! They did an AWESOME job, they were friendly, quick, and it was how much we were quoted. On the other hand you start to develop an ego, and think that your customers need you more than you need them. Big mistake. I had been coming to this place for over 10 years and unfortunately the customer service has drastically changed. I called asking if I could come in, they said they're fully booked. I said do you have anything available for this week and it was almost as if I was insulting him to ask that. Then I simply asked a clarification question and his response "I just told you that". Nice one bro. The worst part of it is they only book appointments one to two days in advance... I mean what kind of a business does that? The reasoning, we've had too many people not show up when they booked in advance... So instead they rely on the customer to continually call to book an appointment. Because my only job in life is to chase you around so I can give you my money right. *Note: I called on Monday to book for Thursday... Today, this was my experience: 1. The owner reprimanded me for picking up my car 20 minutes later than what his employee had told me. I have been going here for a long time and it was never an issue before, in fact I've had to wait extra time and that is why I took some time. Also, the owner of the car wash is also the owner of the other business on the premises, which shares the parking lot, so I'm not sure why he was freaking out. Also, I was the only customer at the car wash, so again, not sure why he made such a big stink out of this. 2. When I drove my car, I noticed that it was filthy in between the seats. And the trunk. So, while he had been complaining that I had taken too long to retrieve my vehicle, I had been right to wait. Instead of trying to unload my car quickly, he should have checked that it had been cleaned properly. I went back and told him this and he was argumentative. 3. I began to drive away again only to notice that yet again, the car remained dirty, as if no one had bothered to vacuum it. I mentioned to him again that if he hadn't been in such a hurry, perhaps he could've done a better job--the job I paid him for. The owner was beyond rude. He didn't offer any apology. He was so upset over waiting a few extra minutes, but because of his incompetence, I ended up wasting much more than that. Never again. This place sucks and the owner is rude. The owner will tell you that this is the best place in Toronto, but if you look at the other reviews, you'll see that there are a lot of people who can disprove this statement. You work hard for your money, so don't waste it here. Go somewhere better.

The owner assured me of how great their reputation is, but they did a TERRIBLE ROOKIE JOB. Chipped the clearcoat off my car (a huge piece), left wax all over the car, and did not to any real 'detailing'. Owner said because my car was repainted improperly in the past, their cleaning took off the clearcoat. They should have known better. I've been washing it for 3 years and there was never a problem. They said that the left over wax was 'normal' and exposes itself. I took it to the dealership and they laughed and said they would never accept a car that was that poorly detailed. Outside of paying for the detail, it cost me $400 to repaint. The owner said he would give me my money back because he has an outstanding 'reputation' and doesn't need the money. When I came to pick it up, he would only give me 1/2 ! He went back on his word. That really upset, outside of his rudeness and inability to be accountable and accept responsibility. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I took it in for a Platinum Detailing. got one day turn around and the truck truly looks brand in inside and out.
