We actually dropped them for Pool Duck a while back when we needed service. I young man answered the phone and it became obvious he couldn't care less if used them to fix our pool or not. The day of the scheduled repair came and went, so I called this time a lady answered & said she had no record of our service call. Again she was rude and basically implied I was making the entire thing up. Called Pool Duck they were very nice , pool was fixed the next day at a very fair price. Bought a little equipment from Amazon to check water myself and buy all my chemicals from Amazon too, they are way cheaper anyway. I'd been using GPS for convince and their friendly knowledgeable staff, but those people are long gone.

Over time, there were constant issues--frequent excuses about needing payment upfront because he couldn't afford chemicals, ongoing problems with his truck and tires, and poor communication. The biggest issue came when we trusted him to install a pool heater, which he claimed he could get at "dealer pricing." We paid him upfront, 1500 and unfortunately, that was a major mistake. He never delivered the heater and gave us excuse after excuse--claims about supplier delays, a refund that was supposedly coming, and then suddenly a stolen phone. Weeks later, we're still without a heater or a refund, and no accountability from Kyle. This has been a very disappointing and costly experience. I would strongly caution others against working with him.

Communication was excellent and Derrick was friendly and arrived when he said he would. I would definitely utilize their services again if the need arises.
