They showed up and started randomly tearing down gutters. In the process they set the ladder on the screens of a porch, tearing them in two different places. They charged for all the new gutters that we didn't need. We paid just to get it over with. A year later 25' of gutter has fallen down because it was badly attached with cheap fasteners. Oh, and the hard to reach place? They said they would use a lift or a ladder but they ended up hanging out from the hipped roof two stories up.
