Every inquiry is answered, which we've found rare in these parts, and generally within a day, in our experience. Joel is so patient to answer any and all questions before starting a job. It is a pleasure working with him. Our first meeting was completely virtual. We had purchased a home but were still commuting, and we got a ticket from our HOA because we hadn't edged our lawn and had seven days to cure the infraction. The flowers which surrounded the house were a mess, and a magnolia tree in the backyard hadn't been trimmed for years. We looked through the Green World Landscaping website and were encouraged by the photos and started an email conversation with Joel. He and his team took care of the entire project, and went above and beyond, mucking out weeds, realigning the flower bed boarders, trimming the tree back to get a fresh new start, and did a beautiful job. When we decided to surround the house with pavers, we of course called Joel because all the hardscaping work we had seen him do was thoughtful and lovely, and he came over and his vision was immediately clear. He suggested a color to complement our home (and conform to community standards), and a pattern and brand which is beautifully designed and has a solid reputation. He and his team were timely, careful with our home, thorough, and they cleaned up every inch of the property before leaving. The artistry of the pavers is stunning. The mosaic at the front door was cut in real time as the pavers were being laid, and set so thoughtfully at the front door, it's a treasure. They also buried our downspout drains and solved a lot of ponding issues that have been going on for years. Again, above and beyond in the designing of the project. It feels like Joel takes as good care of our home as he would his own. We can't recommend Joel and Green World Landscaping more highly. Joel is a good man, and his team is tops.

I have used Kendall for 2 years now, to do our Christmas lighting on our home. The cost was exorbitant ($1750), but I figured it was not worth having to put them up and store them myself. Both years, they had to send someone back a few times to fix hanging wires and lights that were not secured correctly. I still tipped them $100 ea. year. This year, when they were taking the lights down, we asked to have our gutters cleaned as well. They quoted us for the job, and we told them we'd let them know. Meanwhile, that day, they took the lights down and cleaned the gutters before we agreed to anything. I was not at home, but when speaking to my wife, she said it appears they're tossing debris down from the gutters. At that time, I did not see it as a big deal that we had not confirmed to do the cleaning and was glad it was done. I came home, and there were leaves and debris ALL over our deck, outdoor couches, and furniture. We called, and they said someone would come to clean it up. 2 days later, someone came, but I had already cleaned everything up. All of this was really no big deal as far as I was concerned. We received an invoice for $230 for the gutters cleaning. Very long story short, we totally forgot about the $230 invoice. Last week without contacting us at all... phone, email, notta.. They charged my card they apparently had kept on file from the Christmas lighting without our consent. I have absolutely no problem paying the bill, but contact me. I asked my wife to call and say we'd at least appreciate a call before you charged our card. She left a message to call us back as they did not answer. Two days went by, and we received no callback. I then sent an email that was not responded to. Two days later, I sent it again. I have sent the email regarding charging a card they should not have kept on file nor charged without my consent 7 times now and have received no response. I the last email, I stated I absolutely would not be using them for Christmas lighting or anything else in the future. I did consider contacting my bank and reporting an unauthorized charge, but I do not dispute the charge. My problem was Kendall charging a card they should have never kept on file and then not returning a phone call or 7 emails regarding that. I was fine putting aside the problems we had with Christmas lighting and them leaving an absolute mess after cleaning our gutters. I am not ok with unlawfully charging a card they should have never had on file and then not responding to me. Save yourself the time and anguish and find another company to do business with.

Oh, and the hard to reach place? They said they would use a lift or a ladder but they ended up hanging out from the hipped roof two stories up. We have used All Clean Power Washing several times, and they done an excellent job every time. We have them power wash our house, driveway, and this time we had them clean our windows as well. The staff providing the cleaning services are very cordial and are responsive to questions that we may have, and most importantly they are very thorough with the cleaning process. The staff we had this time were William and Taylor for the house and drive, and Cole for the windows. We have had William previously and we think he is great; they are all very good though. We even highly recommended them to our mail man who was delivering our mail at the time of cleaning and had asked about them. He then asked them for a business card. Overall, we feel that we receive and excellent service for a very reasonable price; and like with our mail man, would highly recommend them. read more

Had my first professional window washing performed last week by All Star Window Washing - great job! My windows haven't looked so good in a very long time. The crew was courteous, professional, efficient & hard working. I observed the care they took with their tools not to bump into my furniture, etc. and the inside men wore booties so not to bring in dirt. I would be remiss if I didn't also give accolades to the office staff, Karen, who was pleasant, courteous and followed up after the job to make sure all was good. I had set a roof cleaning for my rancher in ocean pines from another company when they drove to front of house called and said it would cost double what they quoted,they had used google earth to figure the cost.A good friend of mine said they had a good experience with All Clean power washing,they quoted a price and started the job, they took pictures before and after ,payment wouldn't be due until I was completly satisfied. Our decks were a complete mess after allowing them to go unattended longer than normal. We are much appreciated to the professional work provided by ALL Clean Power Washing. Everything looked brand new upon completion of their work. It was not an easy job as we have 3 decks on the rear and one on the front of our home. The top deck is literally four stories high. They will call and schedule you a year in advance which is very convenient with a follow-up email to confirm the appointment date and time. I was very happy with All Clean's power washing work. I wasn't home when they did the job, but they removed the chairs from the screened in back porch and also an area rug. Then later on in the day they put the stuff back on the porch. Every area looked really clean including the slats that hold up the porch screen. Also, their price was very reasonable. After a brief text conversation I was quoted a price and directed to call to set up the job. A few day later I called and spoke to Kelly, who quickly set me up an installation date a week later. (By this point, only one of the other 4 had contacted me and they were scheduling a month out!) On the day scheduled for the installation, Tony, showed up, on time. He was kind, polite and helpful, explaining exactly what he was going to do. He quickly and efficiently completed the job, even vacuuming, when done. He took time to review the job and explain my next steps, as I was installing the faucet myself, at a later date(as part of a kitchen remodel). Based on this experience, I would highly recommend East Coast Plumbing Service for any plumbing job. They were fairly priced, efficient, kind and got the job done quickly.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I…read morecalled because of an active water leak affecting my bathroom and closet ceiling. Before the plumber arrived, I had already done some troubleshooting and explained that the leak became worse when water was being used in the house and slowed significantly when I shut off the main water supply. The plumber briefly looked around, noticed a small amount of water in the HVAC condensate pan, and immediately concluded that the air conditioning was the cause. He would not seriously consider the information I provided or investigate other possible plumbing-related causes, despite the clear pattern I described. I felt like my observations were dismissed without a thorough evaluation. On top of that, there was a non refundable fee of $179 for the visit. When you're dealing with a leak that is actively damaging your home, you want someone who will methodically diagnose the problem rather than jump to a conclusion. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope the company takes customer concerns more seriously and performs a more comprehensive assessment before ruling out other possibilities.

Two days and my roof was ripped off and replaced. My only complaint, if your want to call it a complaint. Is I had to wait five days after the job was finished to pay Posh.
