    Friendly staff, reasonable price, and gets the job done. They also give back to local schools and you just have to respect that.

I was so excited when I saw my car that evening until the next day. When I get up on Sunday morning, I noticed that the driver's side window in the top corner had a bubble or like it was starting to peel. Not a big deal I can contact the place and have them take a look and fix it. It was not that easy; it was actually a very unpleasant and aggravating experience. The owner Terrance was still communicating with my husband but for some reason would not communicate with me. He knew what the issue was and was acting like we were to blame for the bubble because we rolled the windows down. That is completely inaccurate we did not roll the windows down; we have had tint jobs done before and know the drill. It doesn't matter what business you are in, if I am your customer you need to communicate with me. First, I called the business without an answer and left a voicemail. I then texted the owner to let him know my vehicle was just tinted yesterday and I would like to talk to him as I had questions and concerns. After I got in touch with the owner via text and told him my name he never responded. Hearing nothing from the Terrance, I decided to try and reach out on social media as that may get his attention. I went to his Instagram page and left a message stating that I just had my windows tinted on Saturday and I had some questions and concerns. Within five minutes of posting on his page Terrance called me and was immediately defensive, rude and agitated. He would not let me explain why I was calling and blamed us for the issues. He was very defensive saying that we rolled the windows down after he told us not to. This is ridiculous, we have done this before, and we are adults! We know that you are not able to roll down the windows after a tint job. He was extremely rude to me saying I was trying to bash his business and that was unprofessional from a business standpoint. I stated that it was not professional for a business to refuse to call back a customer and I only posted on Instagram to get him to call. I did not say anything bad, only that I was trying to call him, and I would like him to call me back. He said that he did not answer his business phone because he was communicating to my husband through text. It doesn't matter as it is my vehicle and I want to communicate verbally not through text. Then Terrance stated he would fix it; we could not get the vehicle back to him until Thursday due to our work schedules. He fixed it on Thursday but over the weekend we noticed that the bubble came back. I did not even want to deal with him anymore because of his attitude and demeanor. I had given up trying to talk with him, so my husband took over. He was able to get him to communicate via text. He sent Terrance pictures of the bubble and the smear that looks like he tried to smooth a crease out but was not successful. At this point we were both tired of the back and forth and wanted it removed and a refund. Now Terrance was calling us and proceeded to argue with my husband saying that we were to blame. He said we rolled the windows down again and that is why the tint has a bubble and crease. At this point I took the phone and told Terrance that I wanted the tint removed and a refund. Terrance then said I was harassing him because I posted on his social media, this is not true as I only posted one time requesting him to call me. Terrance said we could bring it back up to him and he would fix it but at this point due to his lack of customer service, bad attitude and frankly bad tint job I wanted to be done with him and I just wanted a refund. I said I would bring the vehicle back with the police, since he said I was harassing him, for the refund. He said he would give a partial refund, wanting to be done with this experience we decided to bite the bullet and lose our money but would be leaving a review.

    Had a project car, 89 CRX si for sale listed on facebook marketplace. Started getting messages from…read moreMike, the owner about his interest. After exchanging messages for a while he said he wanted it, cash in hand. A few excuses later of why he never came to pick it up I offered for an addtional $150 to bring it to him via car hauler, because the car wouldn't start. Let's talk about that. I have various text messages and facebook messenger messages telling him what I thought was wrong, what I thought needed to be fixed, and in my best opinion how to get the thing running. I am moving a family of 4 about 600 miles away for a new job. I won't have a garage right away so the project needs to be gone as is, just the nature of the beast. So, Here I am at 704 customs in NC, drove almost 3 hours one way for him to get it. We get the car unloaded, he brags about dumping 40 grand into a stereo for it just as a beater show car, blah blah blah. We notice mid transaction that the title was incorrectly filled out by the previous owner. So he asks if he can hold 200 of the asking price until the title is fixed for his own protection. Sure, I am at his place of business, he had a pocket full of 100s, seems to be good for it. WRONG. This all happened on a Thursday, Friday and the following Monday I had the title fixed and reprinted, $60 of which I never asked for any of that back, and mailed out immediately on that Monday. He got the title, the car, minus the $200 he owes me. Here we May 1st, I sent the title out to him on April 9th. Still failed to uphold his measly $200 end of the bargain. He dodges phone calls, ignores messages, ignores facebook, blocks people from his page so they can't leave negative reviews telling how awful of a business man he truly is. So, look him up on Google, Yelp, BBB, Facebook, etc. You can see for yourself what you are getting into with this establishment. He has threatened so sue me for selling a car under false pretenses even though I have all the messages to prove that I didn't know exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and I only thought this or that would get it back working. He is aggressive, unfriendly, sends me messages to cuss me out whenever I ask for my money. At this point, I just want the money to go our separate ways. I have since left reviews anywhere and everywhere I can including the BBB. Hopefully your experience is better than the many experiences documented on the many review sites.
