I've been coming to this car wash since it was built! They've changed the name and inner workings a few times but the service is good. It's a brushless car wash with a self service option. I used to have a plan for my vehicle that was very affordable but since they've changed the name the price went up. I still have a plan, but I'm paying the same price for less options. It's good to come before 7pm when the guys are on site to spray the tires and grill for that extra cleaning boost! Be ready to dry your own car because they don't, but they do give you everything you need from towels to window cleaner to complete the job yourself! I got my vehicle detailed here, and they did a good job, I just had to point out small areas that they missed, but they did an excellent job with the interior and they also gave me coasters for free in my cupholders so that was really nice, but none of the less they did a good job read more

wow! I'm not from the area' but I just made it into town and noticed this nice place off the main road. I knew I had bugs galore on my car and figured I'd get most of them off with their machine. After I got done I pulled over to the free vacuums and prepared myself to scrape the rest of the bugs off. To my surprise' there were only about 3 left of the million that were on there. I was also approached by a guy who I believe was the manager. Very friendly and even though I was from out of town he still taught me about detailing my car and about this stuff called "clay bar". I will definitely be looking into that when I get home. I wish I had a car wash back home with the knowledge of a detail shop like place has. Five stars no joke! read more

I have been very hesitant in the past on where to get my car washed but this place is great! I personally think their auto wash isn't the best but I opted out for a hand wash and I was EXTREMELY impressed by their work. For the price, was hoping the bugs on my car wouldn't still be there when I left. Sam's Car Wash across the street is much better and price is comparable, and they have a 48 hr clean car guarantee. read more

Very nice car wash. I feel like this one cleans better than the typical drive through one. I have a truck and this cleans the bed cover much better than others. However, the cheapest wash here is $6 whereas others are $3. Very nice staff and great wash. Doesn't get as busy as others, so that's always a plus. read more

Very friendly. Reasonably priced. The express wash is solid. It's the kind where you park inside and the machine moves around you, not the conveyor belt-type that moves your car for you. I'm told it's open 24/7. However, if you go between 8 and 5, there are people there to help rinse your car before entering the wash. They're very friendly and will walk you through all your options. Friendly staff, reasonable price, and gets the job done. They also give back to local schools and you just have to respect that.

All I can say is that if you have a Jeep don't bring it here. I spent $20 and it wasn't worth it. Way too many spots on my Jeep never got touched. Now I'll have to go home and rewash my car by hand. read more

I was at the wash in Concord this evening and inserted a $20.00 bill into the machine for a $10.00 wash. I got a receipt back but no $10.00 in change. The receipt stated that I have a $10.00 credit and turn into the cashier fr payment. When the was was completed there were no attendants working to give me my change. I do not live close to the wash and feel that I should have been notified if their machine could not give me my change. I live about 100 miles away from the wash and feel like my I have been taken advantage of. Had the machine notified me that it could not make change I could have used a credit card. Not very happy nor satisfied with this business at all. When trying to contact them through the website the email and call us links are not working and of no help. Not happy at all and would like everyone to be aware and make sure you have exact change unless you have the time to come back and hope someone is there to give you your money back. Very dissatisfied with the way they do business if this is a norm for them it is not at all something I want to ever have to experience again. read more
