Shayla was very responsive each time I reached out and was able to schedule each cleaning within a couple of days of me reaching out. She was diligent in checking in during and after each cleaning, even sending me photos of the job during my first cleaning when I was not local yet. A few days after I moved in, I needed someone to clean out debris from my two fireplaces due to a chimney-removal job. Shayla was able to send Martina right over -- though we had a small snafu with the type of vacuum that Martina had on hand -- the dust from the brick was so fine that the standard vacuum didn't have the proper filter to keep the dust from flying all over the first floor. But Martina was great and adjusted her methods with the second fireplace in our second floor. A few days after that, I had to call them AGAIN because I had spilled paint on my carpet. Needless to say, I will definitely be keeping Truly Fresh on speed dial for all my future special cleanings!

I called Curt at Enviro Cleaning Services who was a very good listener and helped me break down and understand what services I would need and explained in detail how they worked and what products and equipment they use. His company was already booked that week for several commercial gigs (they clean local businesses and Target stores, etc.), but he said he'd see if he could come on the weekend since I needed this done quickly. He did me one better. He sent his best cleaner (Kelly) on a weekday a few days away from when I called. They normally clean at night, but Kelly came at 11 am, during the day in addition to their night work. The walls were pretty bad and needed scrubbing in some areas, which Kelly did with alacrity. When Kelly discovered he was missing some items he needed for the job, Curt himself drove 40 minutes to the home with the equipment and even joined in, beginning to clean a smoke stain from the brick fireplace mantel of the home. I couldn't believe what the fireplace and smoker's room looked like when Kelly was finished with it - it was a completely different color after Kelly got all the stains off the walls. Kelly cleaned the floor afterwards and hosed off some plastic tarps we had lent them to put on the floor. Curt and Kelly were compassionate, kind and effective. Really great to work with and a great price compared to the other nicotine wall washer I called (PS The other wall washer was given an F rating on Angie's List). A family member has changed their plans twice so far to be home for them to which the PM would call the day of with an excuse as to why work won't be starting. A truck is down, he is down a guy, he is too far South to show up. Always, always an excuse. His tone the last time we spoke was very unprofessional. It took reaching out to another man with Belfor to get any answers. I think he feels he can walk all over me because I am a female.
