Despite my ask, he used chemicals and our brand new landscaping 24 hours later is dying rapidly. Also, our garage door has fading marks and paint chips all over it despite being freshly painted a couple weeks ago. It's going to cost me more to fix all the things he ruined than it cost me to hire him, so please do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE!!! Go find another company that will keep their word. I've had my roof pressure cleaned before and they didn't use chemicals and it looked great...there is absolutely no need to use chemicals.

I was at work when he arrived and he did the job promising to help out anyway he could another day with any broken tiles etc. Never heard from him again and most of my plants all around my home are dying or dead and there are large brown patches of dead grass. I was asked if I recently had my roof done, because of all the dead foliage and have been told they should have aggressively hosed all plants and grass in surrounding area as so not to get burned by the chemical used. They also stated they used a salt solution and we could smell chlorine or bleach for an entire week after the job was done. A guy came to do the job three years prior and not one dead plant nor large brown patches of grass surrounding the home 1-2 weeks post roof being cleaned and charged half the price. Extremely upset that the gentleman took the check that I had left for him, cashed it immediately and I never heard from him again despite promising to return to walk my roof to let me know how many tiles I needed to replace and would get me the name of a guy that could help me fix my driveway. Heard nothing. Feel extremely taken advantage of again. It's really sad that people take advantage of hard working people assuming they are wealthy and can just replace all the expensive plants that have been killed by the chemicals he used. I contacted them to clean the roof again using environmentally safe products. Half way through their cleaning I could smell a strong odor of bleach. So much so, I could smell it from my neighbors house. I contacted (Matt) who was in charge, and requested his presence as my lawn was fried/ turning brown, due to the use of bleach which I made clear not to use. He refused to come see the damage to my lawn by the use of bleach. He accused me of "not maintaining my lawn and not watering my lawn." I advised him that my water bills are over $200.00 per month to maintain the large yard. ( as we were in a dry spell at that time) He scuffed at my reply and again refused to respond to inspect/view the damage for himself. Picture are attached. Never again will I use this company. Matt obviously can't tell the difference between a chemically burned lawn and allegedly no-watering. Please view the grass around the burn; it is in great shape. That is what that area used to look like. This Matt has nothing to do with your brags of customers. It has to do with my freedom of truth/fact that this is burned due to chemicals. But, you can't have an opinion because you never cared to show up in person to view it.
