This company at my request a few years did a great job pressure cleaning my roof with environmentally safe chemicals. I contacted them to clean the roof again using environmentally safe products. Half way through their cleaning I could smell a strong odor of bleach. So much so, I could smell it from my neighbors house. I contacted (Matt) who was in charge, and requested his presence as my lawn was fried/ turning brown, due to the use of bleach which I made clear not to use. He refused to come see the damage to my lawn by the use of bleach. He accused me of "not maintaining my lawn and not watering my lawn." I advised him that my water bills are over $200.00 per month to maintain the large yard. ( as we were in a dry spell at that time) He scuffed at my reply and again refused to respond to inspect/view the damage for himself. Picture are attached. Never again will I use this company. Matt obviously can't tell the difference between a chemically burned lawn and allegedly no-watering. Please view the grass around the burn; it is in great shape. That is what that area used to look like. This Matt has nothing to do with your brags of customers. It has to do with my freedom of truth/fact that this is burned due to chemicals. But, you can't have an opinion because you never cared to show up in person to view it. read more

Very easy to work with got me a proposal to pressure wash my roof right away. They were easy and helpful when scheduling the time to do the work. Met my expectations for the price I pause for. I used the eco solution which was a little more but worth protecting my plants. Regardless they still went out of their way to cover my plants. So I appreciated the extra care for my home. If I could give this service zero stars I would. I never give a bad reviews but considering how disrespectful the employees or owner of this company is, I have to in order to protect other people. I paid this company up front in full for to wash my roof and EXPLICITLY stated that I needed my roof washed before the two week deadline. Sunrise assured me that it would be done. The original date came they reschedule due to rain which was not a problem. The second week came and on the date I had to proactively call Matt to ask when they were coming. He stated in 35 minutes. A half hour goes by and I get a call that they need to cancel again and wont be able to come for another two days because of weather. It was the sunniest day ever, not a cloud in the sky so what bad weather? I told them I had no more wiggle room so they needed to day it today or give me a full refund. What really motivated me to write this is how I got completely SCREAMED at over the phone. Matt was screaming at me so loud that my husband was fuming. Then he had the audacity to hang up the phone on me to which I called back and he stated he was recording the call and back tracked that it was his "headset", yea ok. Nice to record customers on a call AFTER you screamed at them on the non-recorded one right? So unprofessional I can't even believe how many good reviews this company has. I don't know if I caught him in on a bad day but that doesn't give anyone the right to disrespect someone like that. I am livid! read more

It took a few phones calls to set up an appointment but I was able to get a quote over the phone. Once they arrived they said it would take 1.5-2 hours to clean the roof and they were done in a little under an hour. They ran the sprinklers beforehand to try to protect the plants and it looked like they were spraying them as they went. The next day once the roof dried there were areas of the roof line that they missed and still dirty. As well as a few of the plants started losing their leaves and are now completely bare from the chlorine they used. Overall most plants were fine but I have to say they did a ok job. I wish they would of taken a little more time to do a more thorough job. read more

I want to do some new landscaping on the side of my house. Landscaper suggested to add a gutter to the side of the house. Gutter guy said the house needs some minor roof repair. The roof guys came to fix the fascia in a few places. Gutter people came back and said the roof is slippery--get it cleaned. This is where Mateo finally gets involved. After so much rigamarole, it was great to deal with him. He was friendly and responsive and seemed to be reasonably priced. I asked for a certificate of insurance which his insurance company was able to provide and we were good to go. He wet down the plants around the perimeter of my house before he started the roof work and then rinsed them again after they were done with the work.
