Sorry, but these guys truly suck. They deserve no stars. They deserve to be held under water…read moreuntil they stop kicking. They did the original plumbing work on my house three years ago. This was before I moved in, when the structure was ripped back to studs and a roof, when all of the old pipes were pulled out and the entire system was replaced wholesale, rebuilt from scratch. A big job, but from a clean slate. And it looked good when we moved in, with the Moen fixtures and the nice tile in the bathrooms. But you can't see what's behind the walls when you move into a new place, can you? Nope, you can't. So you hope that a quality practitioner of his craft - or at least someone vocationally responsible - was on the job, and that you won't need to worry about what's behind those walls. But. these guys are nothing approaching responsible or professional. To wit: The first time it rained the toilets overflowed. Rookie mistake: construction debris in the pipes. The rooter man came and tackled that one for only a thousand bucks. Within three months we were getting water stains in the ceiling under the upstairs shower. Bad drain seal and shower pan. Whole thing had to be ripped out and reconstructed. Second floor showers stopped draining: connected by T and not Y pipes, in violoation of code; Water faucets installed in reverse - no easy fix, get used to it. Refrigerator water connected to the neighbor's unit - hack a new line through the kitchen. No shutoff valve.to the street. Non-functioning meter. Incorrectly installed sink and toilet hardware. Faulty steam room drain. One night during dinner last wek, drips of water bubbled out of the light fixture into the pasta. From the upstairs toilet. There was even a case of mosquitoes breeding in the poorly installed trap in the laundry room. I could go on - there's really no end to the misery and mess this has caused. It would be a comedy, really, if not such an unbelievable pain. These guys should crated up and buried somewhere deep, or at least completely ignored. Steer clear of these hacks. They'll wreck your life - or at least your house.
