I informed the person who answered that the car was dead and it was frigidly cold. The person with Andrade Towing was rude, dismissive, said he was cold, (which made no sense given that I was stranded and waiting), and then hung up on me instead of providing an update. At that point, I contacted my insurance co to report the interaction and requested the tow be canceled (now going on nearly 2 hours of waiting) and reassigned to a more deserving company. Being stranded in the cold and treated disrespectfully when asking for basic information is not okay. I would not recommend this company. Good thing, Motow Auto got the reassignment and truly saved the day!

Marissa at their dispatch was extremely nice, and quoted me at half the price other local businesses had bid, and was able to schedule me within 2 days of my call. She followed up the next day to confirm the time, and address for pickup. The driver arrived 10 minutes early, ready to go, and was very understanding when the first police station told me "our computer system is down," and that we had to go to a second location. Despite this hiccup, and expecting a higher price for the extra time it took, Marissa was kind enough to do me a favor and charge me the originally quoted price. Truly a stand up business, and good people who will take care of you through the whole process. These guys will be my first and only call for all my future towing needs.

The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and pleasant but I will admit that I didn't get her name unfortunately. They recovered my vehicle from the highway in literal minutes. She informed me that they had my vehicle and they responded way before the local highway patrol could tow my vehicle. Both times I have been so pleased with the service I received! Rick and Donna have been so helpful throughout both experiences. In addition to knowing their business, Rick and Donna truly care about their customers and want to do a good job in order to help people. A great recipe for success if you ask me. When my old car was damaged in the accident, I decided to take it to Midway based on the recommendation of my co-workers who had work done there before on their cars. They were able to take my car immediately, and they helped to make a confusing process so much easier by working directly with the appraiser and my insurance agent to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I was actually out of state for work after I dropped my car off, and they made sure that the process went as quickly as possible and updated me as new developments arose. They were patient with my questions and made me feel like I had someone looking out for my best interests. Flash forward to about a year later and I noticed a small rust spot starting on my new car. I first took it to the dealership and then decided to go to Midway for their opinion. I decided to stop by, and they were able to fix it right then and there for me.
