I went into my storage unit today to put a few things in there. As I was leaving, I had a few very…read moresmall items that I was going to put in their dumpster. As I approached I saw a sign that said dumpster is for management use only, so I put my stuff back into my car and as I was leaving the woman that works they named Missy came out screaming "hey you!" I proceeded to roll down my window and she started yelling at me again about the dumpster. I said yes I know I didn't throw anything in there. As I was driving off, she started yelling at me threatening to charge me a $500 fine! Also, the last couple of times I have called she has been really nasty over the phone. I called corporate to complain and I spoke to a woman named "Azure." She was not empathetic at all and did not take my complaint seriously. She seemed annoyed and irritated that I even called. I have had my storage unit there for years and pay $300 a month and I can't believe how bad their customer service is all around.

I had to stop by the office to fill out my paperwork and show them my license and official get my unit. here is where the problem started... Paul the manager was so rude my brother wanted for us to leave. I had already paid online. While filling out paperwork Paul demanded I give them another persons name and number. I refused, He basically told me I was out out of line. He said we need som to call when you don't pay for the uni. I have never heard of such a thing. Again I already paid. My brother said let's go sone where else. Again I was tired and already paid. I know this is long. It was bothering me because his rudeness continue. I called and there was no answe. I wanted to report him to the owne. The next day Paul the rudest called me. I told him o wanted to speak to the owner and he responded that I was NEVER GOING YO EVER speak to the owner. I gave him a bad review on Facebook I screenshot it. He blocked me from the page. I'm hoping Scott the Owner see this. The fability is great clean brand new prices are fair. He said if it was him he would drive it and would not need towing. Show up to find the Right front bearing seal is completely torn and all the grease has been blow out. Then find the transmission pan is completely coated in oil, recently because everything else under the truck was covered in sand except the pan covered in oil. Then find that the right rear air brake assembly is cracked from over tightening. At that point after all that I did not waste any more time and went back home. When showing Bob the video of the torn seal he looked for two seconds and then looked away. That would have been leaking for some time. It was all over the inside of the tire. The best thing I can say is he took a cash offer I offered that was lower. But it would not have been worth it even if it was half that. I would say the more wrong but we didn't even start or drive it. That was enough to leave.

Only had the unit 4 months. Never told me there was an intro rate. This is a decontrol way to run a business. When I called they told me the lowest they could give me was somewhere around 160-161 a month including insurance. Ridiculous. This is a sleazy slimy way to do business. We have 4 college students, 2 graduated. We have been renting in Chicago and New Hampshire and in Massachusetts for several years. We never have had this happen. Even with the same brand. Don't rent here unless you are planning to spend more than you agreed upon. They are not up front and honest here. And owners I don't need a reply. You know this is terrible business practice and you are counting on folks to either not pay attention or not care. Shame on you.
