So I've gone to a few shops today looking for a specific product, been having difficulty finding it at each of the shops. I explained each of the employees what I'm looking for, and I've spent about an hour driving around going from shop to shop. I then come into this shop, and the technician knew exactly what I was describing, he didn't have one in stock, he called a sister shop, they didn't have it in stock. And the guy said that I can come back in a week or so and it might be there, and then he actually said, hold on, let me find out. He took my name, he took my phone number, and he said he's going to call his manufacturer to see when he can get one in the shop. I'm writing this the review right now, I still don't have the product that I'm looking for, but I am blown away at the little bit of extra effort this person is taking to help me, and whether he finds it for me today or next week, I will definitely be coming back. read more

In town from Utah. A few seals went bad on tank and were leaking all over. Needed to get them replaced and didn't necessarily want to purchase a new tank. Found clean smoke on yelp and google and they had excellent reviews so I decided to stop by after a quick call. Basil answered the phone and was very friendly. He said he had some loose seals laying around and to stop in. Arrived and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Basil got his handy tool box full of seals and found the ones that I needed, changed them for me, and boom...tank no longer leaking. Saved me $30-50 by fixing for me. I went to this store for the first time a couple of days ago and met Natashsa. She was extremely knowledgable and took the time to help me with whatever questions I had. As vaping is still fairly new to most people (me included), sometimes there can be a bit of a wait as many customers had a lot of questions. She definitely tries to answer as many of the concerns people have about products and use. I think the biggest thing is if you walk in here saying you need something specific, then well they give you what you ask for...which is what most people would do. First off let me say that the universe is vast and there are billions and billions of e-cig shops across the cosmos. Avoid this one and pick another. I will say they have great product selection and their e-liquids are awesome. But their customer service is shotty at best. Most of the guys at this location are pretty kind and helpful, however, two employees in particular Darrien and Azzie, are incredibly arrogant and condescending about their knowledge of vape pens and set-ups and were extremely unhelpful when it comes to replacing or fixing broken products. Claiming there was nothing wrong with it... When my pen had been leaking for a few weeks. They don't even have a real register and you have to either receive it by e-mail or text for receipts. I prefer to have a physical copy thank you very much. You can't exchange a product unless a manager is there... so when I attempted to do so I was told to come in later. Extremely inconvenient. If this is their policy a manager should always be present in the store. I wish I could have left them a better review but this place can kick rocks. The guys at Up in Smoke are way more awesome. Super cool people and awesome products and juices. The Vape Addict Juices brand is my favorite, almost all the flavors are delicious and smooth. The staff are always helpful , not one of them will give you an attitude. There's a water cooler and a couch, so you can hang out here and test out new juices while discussing everything vape from atomizers to the best sticks to the best juices and all. I love this place and also come here weekly as well as some other shops in the area (VapeLife and EliteVapors, my other favorites) I enjoy the charisma of all the staff members. Stopped in here looking for a 306 atomizer drip tip, which they did not carry. The employee that helped me wasn't familiar with the 306's or their use. I took a couple minutes to educate him and show him something new, and let him try out my eVic with a de-bridged 306 atty and my DIY juice. He thanked me for the info, and noticed that the USB port on my eVic was missing it's plug cover, and offered me a replacement for free. Honestly, 5 stars isn't enough to properly express how happy I am that there is a smoke shop that isn't trying to get you addicted to another form of smoking. I smoked a pack a day for over 10 years and just had my first child with my wife so I needed to quit. I stopped by two shops before finding CLEAN SMOKE. The customer service at the first two rando smoke shops were exactly the same. Walked in, asked how much I wanted to spend, told them cheap because I'm trying to quit, blew on their vape with a ridiculous cloud saying it won't be like this as they attempted to sell me an off brand vape with zero information. That's when I found CLEAN SMOKE! Walked in.. several times now, each one better and better. They showed me the lower priced models they had while explaining the differences, if it was possibly a good fit for me to be successful with quitting, talked to me about coils, juices, and so much information explained in a consumer friendly way that the only thing we didn't do was build one. Haha I ended up going with the all in one starter kit for $30, smoked it for a couple days, but it wasn't doing it for me so I thought... well shit! No vape places return vapes but I went back in to see what they could do to help me out so I wouldn't go buy a pack of cigarettes and much to my surprise after expressing my concerns and told them what I wanted to move up to, they ended up giving me a percentage off that just about covered the cost of the first one. That moment made me realize they aren't just assholes that want your money and send you on your way. I came in to try a new flavor. The associate was very friendly and very helpful. I spent about 20 minutes there trying new flavors and just getting acquainted with the store associate. It truly felt like a lounge. I asked for many recommendations and left with a flavor I liked. The atmosphere was very nice but the interior design of the store is a bit eclectic. While other lounges have a cleaner much nicer and consistent design inside, this one was lacking. Overall this experience was great.
