I've had consistently good experiences with this store. I went from using a mod back to smoking to finding a solution that got me off of cigarettes entirely. The staff is helpful and willing to spend a lot of time with someone figuring out a new approach. This is now my only store and I rely on these guys. I've sent new people here who have switched to the store. I was once knowledgable as a founder of a juice company. Newer people have the same gentle, helpful experience that I've had. I would not recommend this business. When I visited this shop I found this one gentleman, I think he was the manager, had poor customer service. I gave him the benefit of doubt. Next several times I came in he was consistently rude and just not a nice person. I started to feel uncomfortable so I took my business somewhere else. I've been coming here (and only here) since 2018 after I quit smoking cigarettes. They are really good about explaining products. I recommend the Naked grape flavor (green bottle). There is a wide variety of flavors and choices to select from. The shop is clean and well organized. The staffs are all very kind and its always a pleasant experience to come in once every 1 or 2 weeks. Hands down the best service and selection for vape supplies in the OC. We moved to Orange County from out of state and couldn't find our preferred brand/flavor of nicotine salts.
