The whole interaction/process came off as supeeer unprofessional, and makes me question whether I'd trust them to apply tints. I also have a brand new Ford Explorer ST I brought it through the wash and there was no damages that happened. I also used the vacuums. Both sides worked very well. They were very strong. I also liked how they had the different fluid so I could also do additional cleaning on my car.
