It's a really nice setup -- completely touchless, so there are no giant scrub brushes that can scratch your paint. That's a big plus in my book. The only downside is the drying situation. There's no built-in dryer at the end of the wash. Instead, the dryers are located outside along the side of the building, and it costs $1 to use one. That was a first for me.

I called a couple of places for pricing and MGB was very reasonable. It was a small, locally owned, family business. I like to support small business owners in my community so I decided to give them a try over the more expensive bigger business red trucks you see everywhere you go. I was very pleased... not only was he cheaper (it would've been an extra $25+ with the other guys), he was prompt (I've waited hours for a tow before), he was courteous & professional, he gave me a ride back to S. Elgin AND he let me bring my dog (thankfully he was over the carsick part by then ). He dropped the truck at the mechanics and drove me the extra couple of miles to my house so I could pay him. I was…read moreon the tollway, going with the flow of traffic at about 70mph, when I suddenly heard an awful, terrifying, loud metal screeching sound coming from my car. When I was able to exit the tollway & pull over to a safe side street, I looked at the under carriage & found that the metal skid plate that covers & protects the underside of the engine, had come loose & was dragging & scraping the pavement. Knowing that issue creates dangerous sparks & other problems I decided to call AAA. Lucky for me, the tow truck driver suggested Charlie Car Care, and took me & my SUV there. The staff took my car immediately, reattached the skid plate with new bolts, and had me out of there in under an hour! Their price was very reasonable! I expected to pay 3-4x more, so was super pleased when they told me the price. The waiting area is nice & comfortable too. In addition to all that, the staff is super friendly. Madeline and Moises are excellent at customer service. Just like the other reviewers say...they are really professional & very friendly. All the staff members deserve 5 stars! If I lived 40 miles closer, I would definitely go back again. I HIGHLY recommend this business anyone that needs help with their vehicles.
