The whole interaction/process came off as supeeer unprofessional, and makes me question whether I'd trust them to apply tints. They have an AI system that gives you very nice responses, but is absolutely terrible. I actually recorded the past two calls, and finally got the system to give me email addresses to send all of my evidence to. I guess giving 1 star reviews and disputing with CC company are the only way to get their attention. (I traded in the car on April 24, 5 days before calling the first time to cancel, so I could not have even used the membership for the past months even if I wanted to!)
